One of the most simple and easy services
Outdoorsy is the most convenient service where i can get what i am looking for without any hassle or problem
also they have really good team and customer support which works to help and solve things so the customer can enjoy their trip without getting tangled up with the other things
I used the service once by now but i am very surprised , they have so good coordination and they take care of everything
Outdoorsy helped me in making my road trip memorable and really smoothLet me tell you about the HORRIBLE experience I just had with Ourdoorsy. I rented an RV from a local owner, George Llard, order number 2082940, telephone (text only) number 720-513-4266, through Outdoorssy (real company?)
The owner told me I could pick up the RV but Outdoorsy gave me no option to click this preference so I messaged Outdoorsy. They DO NOT get back with you before 4-5 days and they DO NOT read the questions you send them. This was my experience. So I messaged them repeatedly.
Then I messaged George, He told me to call them with the order number so I did. No one answered. I have called Outdoorsy over 15 times and no one ever answers the phone. When they did message me (after another 4-5 days), they had not read my message and they wanted my contact information.
I gave it to them but the issue was never resolved. They took off the delivery fee but I asked them when I would know the address I was to pick up the vehicle from. They could not even give me a timeframe in which they would fill in this vital, yet missing information. Now, some would say "just wait, they'll get around to it before it is time to pick it up."
Here is my dilemna - they only gave me a certain amount of time to cancel and receive back my reservation money, the time for which would have expired if I had done it that way. Now, if a company is legitimate, would they not want to make their customer feel comfortable with a transaction? And, if they were not legitimate, might they treat their customer in this manner? You bet!
So, the owner cancelled my booking because I asked for the address to pick up. There is something rotten in all of this. I definifely would not recommend Outdoorsy, nor anyone who offers their RV through Outdoorsy.Startup business opportunity
Outdoorsy really made a big difference when I started renting out my trailer. I needed a way to easily list it for rent, and Outdoorsy had a super easy platform that made it simple. I was able to set up my profile, add photos, and create a listing quickly. The customer support team was always there to help with any questions I had. I highly recommend Outdoorsy to anyone looking to make some extra money by renting out their trailer. It's been a great experience for me.
Great communication, suggestion for travel insurance
Outdoorsy is great with communicating and they have some awesome choices for RV rentals. Having travel insurance for rentals beyond what the owner provides would be really useful. It could come in handy if you have any issues while you're on the road and could end up saving you a bunch of money! It might be cool if Outdoorsy could consider offering that in the future, like a membership for unexpected repairs. Just throwing that idea out there!
Easy way to rent RVs
Renting an RV through this site was so easy. The app and website are simple to use, which makes the whole process quick and smooth. I really like the idea of earning cash from my RV when I'm not using it. The support team is fantastic, always quick to respond and really helpful. They take care of all the little things that come up, like when a renter needs more time. Renting through this site is definitely better than doing it on my own.

Setting up my hosting account was a bit of a challenge because I ran into some roadblocks that took weeks to figure out. Even with that, the page is doing great and I found some really awesome renters.

Outdoorsy is really awesome! It's so simple to talk to people interested in renting things from you, and renting stuff out is a breeze. The app is user-friendly, but there are some features that are only available on the website, not on the app. They should definitely let people know about that, you know? But all in all, I really enjoy using this app!
Outdoorsy app and website
I really like using the Outdoorsy app and website because it makes it so easy to find awesome things to rent for outdoor adventures! I can even shoot the breeze with the folks who are renting out their gear, but sometimes the app decides to freeze up on me when I'm trying to meet them. It's a bit frustrating, but all I have to do is close the app and then open it back up to get it working again.

My first year with Outdoorsy has been awesome! Renting through their platform was super easy and simple. I loved how I could do everything for my rentals right on the app, it made everything really smooth. And whenever I had any problems or questions, their customer service team was always there to help, just a phone call away. I totally recommend Outdoorsy to anyone wanting to rent an RV.
Smooth rental process
The whole rental process, from checking out the renter to giving them my teardrop, went really smooth and easy. The app was super easy to use and made it simple to communicate with the renter. The email reminders and paperwork made everything really convenient and stress-free. I was able to just arrive and give them my teardrop without any problems at all.
Helpful staff, professional platform
The folks at the outdoor camping site are always there for us whenever we need help, and they're really professional about it. We enjoy using their platform as hosts, it feels like a second home to us! Sometimes there may be some small issues with the system, but they always fix them super fast. In general, their customer service is excellent!
RV rental experience
My experience with renting an RV was not great. The app was really slow and made it hard to figure out my rental details. Plus, the rental status on the app didn't match up with what was really going on, which was frustrating. When I tried to get help from customer service, they took forever to respond and didn't give me much useful information. I rented an RV and it was awesome, but man, that app was so confusing. I wish it was all more straightforward and organized so I could just focus on enjoying my trip. At least they have a ton of helpful resources for RV owners to earn some extra cash.
High fees affecting rental rates
I noticed that the platform was charging pretty high fees, so I ended up raising my rental rates as a host. But it backfired because I started getting fewer bookings. I think things would be better if they spread out some of those fees to the renters, so hosts can keep their rates more competitive.
Rental unit experience
My recent experience renting from Outdoorsy was not great. The electronic panel in the unit we rented wasn't working properly, so we didn't have heat on the first night. The owner said this issue sometimes fixes itself, but it didn't for us. Communication with the owner for the rest of our 8-day rental was lacking and not very helpful.
Renting van, peace of mind
Renting a van from this place is great! I'm feeling really chill knowing that my friends and I are totally covered if anything happens. The app and rental platform could use a bit of improvement, but I hear they're working on it to make it better.

The rental process went really well, everything was super organized. The paperwork they gave me had all the info I needed for before and after I rented the equipment. RV rental issues
I had a really bad experience with a recent RV rental from Outdoorsy. The RV we got was not in good shape, dirty, and had some important problems like a broken water heater and no AC. We tried talking to the owner about these issues, but they were unhelpful and wouldn't give us any money back. Both the owner and Outdoorsy didn't take responsibility, which was frustrating and made us feel like we were being ripped off. In contrast, RVshare has been way better because they make sure owners are honest in their listings.
