I had a really bad experience with a recent RV rental from Outdoorsy. The RV we got was not in good shape, dirty, and had some important problems like a broken water heater and no AC. We tried talking to the owner about these issues, but they were unhelpful and wouldn't give us any money back. Both the owner and Outdoorsy didn't take responsibility, which was frustrating and made us feel like we were being ripped off. In contrast, RVshare has been way better because they make sure owners are honest in their listings.

It could come in handy if you have any issues while you're on the road and could end up saving you a bunch of money! It might be cool if Outdoorsy could consider offering that in the future, like a membership for unexpected repairs. Just throwing that idea out there!
