    5 Beautiful Chairs

    I just bought 5 chairs from this store, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good they are. These chairs look so nice and really make my home look fancier. But, I gotta admit, one of the chairs broke pretty quickly after I started using it. So, I shot customer service an email, and they were on it right away. Within a week, they had a replacement chair sent out to me. I'm happy with how fast and helpful the customer service peeps were.

    I had a really bad experience ordering from this one online store. I used PayPal to pay, but the money went to the wrong place and the store never got it. I had to send a bunch of emails and have a bunch of chats just to hear that they'd give me my money back. When I tried to order again with my credit card, they ended up confirming the first order too, which just confused everything. The money was stuck on my credit card for a while, and now my order, which was supposed to come on a certain day, is totally missing. The tracking number they gave me is useless, and the customer service people can't really tell me anything useful. It's super frustrating, especially since I spent a lot of money on this order. It's obvious that this company doesn't care about helping customers like me, and the lack of communication and help is really disappointing. In the end, I feel like I wasted my time and money dealing with a company that doesn't care about their customers.

    Jedi portraits for Christmas

    I got these portraits for my boys for Christmas and wow, they were just incredible! The quality was fantastic, the colors really popped, and the portraits were super cute.     As someone who really values always keep learning, I was really pumped to give this offline learning app a shot. The idea of being able to learn wherever, even without Wi-Fi, is super cool. But, my experience was kind of meh because the app isn't too accessible. It's awesome for when you're at home or somewhere with Wi-Fi, but it would be even better if there were interactive games you could play without needing internet, like at the store or while watching your sibling's soccer game. It would make learning feel more natural and easy to fit into your busy day.

    International shipment to Europe

    My recent experience with an international shipment through the courier service was a total let-down. I sent a package to Europe, expecting it to arrive in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, once it got to Germany, it got held up in customs with a "Clearance Delay" status for a whopping 9 days. I tried reaching out to Customer Service multiple times through phone calls, emails, and even in-person visits, but they haven't been able to solve the problem. The lack of help and progress from the company has been really irritating and not cool at all.

    Quarterly subscription for husband

    I started off just getting my husband a one-time gift from Crate Club, but he loved it so much that I ended up signing up for the quarterly subscription. The stuff they send us is seriously top-notch and we love it all. It's so fun to see how pumped my husband gets each time a new box arrives, and I enjoy surprising him with cool and useful stuff.
