    AirHelp assistance for flight compensation claim

    Using AirHelp for my flight compensation claim was something I never even considered doing on my own. The whole thing took way longer than I thought it would, and the amount of money the airline said they'd pay me somehow got smaller without a good reason. I had to keep checking in with them to make sure things were moving along, because it felt like nothing was happening. On top of that, the bonus link they gave me didn't work in the US, and when I let them know, the new link they sent me didn't work either.

    As an AirHelp customer, I gotta say the whole process was pretty long and felt kinda bureaucratic, ya know? Like, there were so many steps to go through and it was super detailed. Don't get me wrong, I get that they wanna be thorough and everything, but it felt like they were asking for a lot. Oh, and the fee they charge, 35%? That seemed like a lot to me. I think they could lower it a bit and still make it fair, considering what they do for you.

    My flight out of Paris got delayed so I ended up having to stay overnight in London. Because of that, I got to my final destination in the USA 24 hours late. Luckily, AirHelp really came through for me and gave me a nice refund for all the trouble.     So, I had this really old flight that I wanted to get a refund for and AirHelp totally helped me out, but it took a long time. I mean, seriously, it took like 6 whole months just to get everything sorted. But hey, at least I didn't have to deal with those annoying airlines by myself, so that's a positive, right? They took a pretty big portion out of my refund though, around 30%, which kind of stinks, but I guess that's just how it goes sometimes. Overall, I'm pretty happy that they reached out to me and got me my money back.
