My flight out of Paris got delayed so I ended up having to stay overnight in London. Because of that, I got to my final destination in the USA 24 hours late. Luckily, AirHelp really came through for me and gave me a nice refund for all the trouble. Filing a claim was a breeze - just fill out a form and then sit back and wait for the money to show up in your account. It was seriously that simple!

I had my flight canceled just 2 hours before it was supposed to take off! The airline tried to give me a fishy reason, which was not cool. When I asked for compensation, they denied me. So I decided to reach out to AirHelp!
Refund from 3-year-old flight
So, I had this really old flight that I wanted to get a refund for and AirHelp totally helped me out, but it took a long time. I mean, seriously, it took like 6 whole months just to get everything sorted. But hey, at least I didn't have to deal with those annoying airlines by myself, so that's a positive, right? They took a pretty big portion out of my refund though, around 30%, which kind of stinks, but I guess that's just how it goes sometimes. Overall, I'm pretty happy that they reached out to me and got me my money back.

I just had to give them some extra info. After a couple of months, I got a refund for the canceled flight. AirHelp customer service is amazing and friendly, they took our flight details and went to work on getting us compensated. Two months in and the compensation arrived as promised. Communication from AirHelp was smooth. Although they take a percentage from the compensation, I'm very satisfied with the help I got.
