The customer service rep I talked to really knew their stuff and helped me figure out all the stuff I could get on the website. They took the time to give me other choices and ideas. The only thing I would say to make it better is for the company to give more time to check out special deals, 'cause I felt like I had to decide too fast.

Surprise money
I got this totally random email saying I had some money coming my way. My reaction was like, "Wait, what?" So I was all, go ahead and grab that cash for me. And just like that, I got some extra money in my wallet! I even shared the news with my wife, and she got some money too. It's pretty sweet for folks like me who are too lazy to do the work ourselves.
