Gift certificate issue
I had a gift certificate from my son, and when I went to use it, it showed a different event than the one I had originally ordered. Luckily, Khanyisile was the one who helped me out and fixed the problem. She did an amazing job and I really appreciate her help!
Experience purchase disappointment
I recently bought a cool experience through this platform, but then I found out that there were no dates available for the activity. I was so bummed out and frustrated because I had spent a lot of time picking out what I wanted to do before I bought it. It was really sad to see all that effort go to waste because there were no dates available. But, I have to give props to the customer service team because they responded quickly after I complained. They gave me a refund within 24 hours, which I was really grateful for. Even though I was disappointed at first, I have to say that the support team handled my problem really well and quickly. The platform has a bunch of fun activities, as long as there are dates available to book.
Weekend tours booked, scheduling confusion
So, over the weekend, my family and I decided to sign up for tours, but we had some issues with the packages we wanted. We were trying to get one with drinks included and one without, but things got really confusing. The tour guide didn't really help much - we ended up exchanging about 20 emails and he just kept saying to talk to the company. It was pretty stressful, dude. My kids got me a gift for a 9-hole golf lesson, but I couldn't find a good place to use it near me. I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange it, and they said they'd check it out. Unfortunately, they keep saying I already used the voucher, even though I haven't. I asked for proof, but haven't heard back. I'm really upset and annoyed with how they're handling this. I recently got to go on this really cool acrobatic flight, and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! The whole thing was super exciting and I'll never forget it. Dinner cruise booking in Florida
I recently booked a dinner cruise in Florida through a gift experience company. When we got to the dock on the day of the cruise, we found out that the boat couldn't leave because the bridge was stuck. The cruise company sent an email saying they had to cancel the cruise. I contacted the gift experience company right away to tell them and ask for a refund. They got back to me two days later, asking for a copy of the email from the cruise company. I sent that over right away, with a screenshot too to prove it. But, even after all that, I haven't heard anything else or gotten a refund from the gift experience company.

Late gift redemption
I received this gift a while back, but just now got around to trying to use it and they're trying to charge me more money! So unfair. The voucher clearly states it doesn't expire, but now they're claiming I need to pay extra because it's been a while. Not cool at all. And to make matters worse, the prices are already way too high. I feel like I'm getting ripped off.
