Experience purchase disappointment
I recently bought a cool experience through this platform, but then I found out that there were no dates available for the activity. I was so bummed out and frustrated because I had spent a lot of time picking out what I wanted to do before I bought it. It was really sad to see all that effort go to waste because there were no dates available. But, I have to give props to the customer service team because they responded quickly after I complained. They gave me a refund within 24 hours, which I was really grateful for. Even though I was disappointed at first, I have to say that the support team handled my problem really well and quickly. The platform has a bunch of fun activities, as long as there are dates available to book.

Wasted Time
I spent so many hours working on my website, trying to get it just right. But then out of nowhere, my account got blocked! All that time and effort I put into it, just wasted. As a photographer, I really needed that site to display my work. Now I'm feeling so frustrated and lost without it. I can't believe I'm not even able to get my data back or make any changes. It's like a total nightmare!

Reclaimed wooden watch with small fit
I recently bought this awesome watch that's made from reclaimed wood and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how cool and unique it looks. But I was a bit bummed when I found out the watch was kinda small on my wrist, so I needed to add some extra links to make it fit better. Dealing with customer service to get those extra links was a bit of a pain, they took forever to get back to me. Even with that hiccup, I always get compliments on the watch and I love that it's made from bourbon barrels, especially since I enjoy bourbon myself.

Trip from Harare to London with missing luggage and damaged suitcase
I recently flew from Harare to London with a layover in Addis Ababa and man, did I have a rough time. When I arrived in London, one of my bags was missing! I spoke with the airport staff, but they were no help at all. They were so rude and basically told me to deal with it on my own. Eventually, the missing bag turned up, but it was all messed up! I tried calling the London office for help, but they were completely useless. They couldn't even give me basic info on where to go or who to talk to. I reached out via email to the luggage team about the damage, sending pics and all, but never heard back. I definitely won't be flying with this airline again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else either.

Music writing program purchase
I bought this music writing program online recently and honestly, it was a total letdown. So, I downloaded the program, only to find out that I didn't get the key I needed to unlock all the features. The so-called "help" videos were no help at all, and the bot responses to my questions were just plain useless. I wasted hours trying to figure out how to get the key, but nothing worked. I definitely won't be shopping with them again.

Subscription renewal issue
I just wanted to share my recent frustrating experience with this company's subscription renewal process. I thought I did everything right by canceling my account over the phone, but turns out my cancellation didn't go through and they auto-renewed my subscription without asking me. And to top it off, when I asked for a refund, they said no because of some renewal terms they claim I agreed to. Such a headache!

I was really impressed with the delivery service from this company. They emailed me with a 2-hour delivery window and the van showed up right on time on the scheduled day. Terry and Darian, the delivery drivers, were amazing. They were not only polite, but they also took care in moving my new desk upstairs for assembly. They made sure it was placed correctly and even helped me move my old desk downstairs for disposal. Terry and Darian really showed excellent customer service and professionalism.

Faulty product under warranty
The first flashlight I bought ended up breaking because of some faulty threading, and luckily it was still covered under warranty. But when I reached out to get a replacement, they only gave me credit towards a new one. The second flashlight I got also had issues right off the bat, and I had to fork out money for shipping a replacement part. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare, dragging the whole process out for weeks. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company at all.
