Online service purchase
I had a really bad experience with the online service I bought. The product didn't work at all, and the website kept having problems loading, so I couldn't even use the features they said it had. I paid for the service but couldn't access it because all it did was keep sending me back to the payment page. The customer support they claimed was available 24/7 was nowhere to be found, and no one responded to my messages when I needed help. It's really frustrating and I feel like I was tricked by this whole thing.
Quick response from support
The support person, Elen, was really helpful and patient with me as she guided me through my project. She answered all of my questions and made the whole process a lot easier for me. I'm really grateful for her help and hope she can continue to assist me until I finish my project. Thank you so much!
E-commerce store experience
My experience with this online store was a complete nightmare. The glitches were so frustrating and made it really hard to manage my shop. There was this annoying feedback tab that covered up half of the scroll bar all the time, and the chat box would just randomly pop up and block me from getting to my own site. Customer service was no help at all in fixing these issues, and it made the service basically unusable. If they don't get these problems sorted out, I won't be coming back for sure.
Wasted Time
I spent so many hours working on my website, trying to get it just right. But then out of nowhere, my account got blocked! All that time and effort I put into it, just wasted. As a photographer, I really needed that site to display my work. Now I'm feeling so frustrated and lost without it. I can't believe I'm not even able to get my data back or make any changes. It's like a total nightmare!

Website development software
I just gave a new website builder a shot, switching from my old faithful one I've been using forever. The templates on this new software are pretty eye-catching, but I had some trouble with a few features. It was annoying to not get the support I needed for the feature I was looking to add.

Portfolio website deletion without notification
I'm really upset about how things went down with the portfolio website service. I spent so much time working hard on creating a beautiful website to show off my artwork as a student. But out of nowhere, the website got deleted. I felt so devastated and frustrated because I didn't even get a heads up to save or back up my work. The way they handle deleting websites without any warning wasn't what I signed up for, and I never heard about any changes to their policies. It's just not right for Ucraft to delete my website without letting me fix things.

I bought this website building tool which was really good overall and worth the price. Crafting my website with it was kind of stressful because some things weren't very easy to figure out, and it felt like I didn't have much flexibility. I really wanted more freedom to make the website look the way I wanted. Also, I had trouble setting up my payment method and had to reach out to the support team for help.
