Casual top for everyday activities
The top I bought is great for everyday stuff like running errands, hanging out at the park, or grabbing lunch with friends. It's not really fancy enough for church or the office, though - it's more of a chill, laid-back style. The fabric is super comfy and lets your skin breathe, so it's perfect for getting things done during the day. You can mix and match it with jeans, leggings, sweats, or shorts, and throw on some sneakers or sandals to finish off the outfit.

Shoes arrived without tracking
I was stressing a bit because I didn't get any tracking info for my shoes from Tinstree. They ended up showing up late, but they looked just like the picture. The weird part was they didn't even come in a box, just a plastic bag. But hey, when I finally tried them on, they were really comfy! So all in all, I'm pretty satisfied with my order. I'd definitely order from them again.

BougeRV 12V 23 Quart Portable Fridge For Travel
Purchased this for the purpose of transporting ice cream from my favorite shop, which is located an hour away. It was becoming increasingly difficult to find dry ice to prevent the ice cream from melting. The temperature inside the cooler reaches -7 within 2-3 hours, as shown in the pictures of the cooler's digital display and the dial thermometer I placed inside to confirm. I have successfully used it to transport ice cream and it works perfectly. I initially plug it into a 110V outlet at home to cool it down, and then use the car's cigarette lighter to maintain the temperature while retrieving the ice cream. I am extremely satisfied with its performance!

My experience with this company has been absolutely awful. I got a broken product and when I asked for help, they pretty much said too bad. Their customer service is seriously lacking and they never bothered to follow up. I've never felt so disrespected as a customer.

Bracelet purchase
I ordered a bracelet back on November 26th and was really looking forward to getting it. I got a notification with a tracking number on November 27th, but by December 17th, I still hadn't seen any updates on the shipping. I tried contacting customer service to get some answers, but I didn't hear back from them. Then out of nowhere on December 18th, just a week before Christmas, I got a notification saying my order had been refunded. It was super frustrating and disappointing to have the order cancelled without any communication.

Used recliner
I just bought a recliner online for $1121. When it came, the box looked old and beat up. After putting it together, I found out that the chair was definitely used with scratches and nicks everywhere. It was pretty clear that this was a return. I'm really disappointed with how it turned out. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

My purchase was a 4 ft teddy bear that ripped easily.
I got this super big teddy bear for my little cousins, but it totally ripped right after they started playing with it! They were only messing around with it for a little bit and it already started falling apart. It's such a bummer because now I gotta figure out how to send it to get fixed. The quality is definitely not what I was hoping for.

Nantucket green T-SHIRT
I recently bought a Nantucket green T-SHIRT online, but when it came, I got a lime green one instead. The colors were totally different and it was a letdown. I contacted customer service about the mix-up and wasn't happy with how the supervisor, Joanne, handled it. She said the colors were the same and blamed it on computer contrast. I even sent a photo of both shirts to show the difference. I've bought a lot of stuff online before, but this experience was disappointing.

I gotta say, dealing with this travel booking service lately has been a complete disaster. They've messed up my bookings, had flight cancellations without letting me know until way later, and just overall shown a remarkable level of incompetence. It's been a huge pain trying to get things sorted out too, with Expedia and the airline playing the blame game and me stuck in the middle. I spent hours on the phone with Expedia for nothing, no resolution in sight. I bought a registry cleaner software from this company and I was really let down by my whole experience. I recently bought three kits from this store. The first one I put together was a butterfly, and it was pretty easy to assemble. I was happy with how it turned out. Next, I tried my hand at a sea horse lamp. It didn't really look like the picture and the instructions got a bit confusing at one point. I had to do some extra research to figure it out. In the future, it would be great if they had clearer instructions available online in 3D. Lastly, I haven't started on the bunny kit yet, but I'm looking forward to the challenge and I'm impressed with the quality.

Muse sweat pants
I just bought some Muse sweatpants and they fit great at first, so I decided to get three more pairs a month later. But, after wearing the first pair a few times and following the care instructions, they started pilling like crazy. I contacted customer service, sent them photos of the bad quality, but they didn't do anything about it. Super frustrating to spend $400 on what ended up being junk. This brand sells cheap stuff and doesn't stand by their products, so I recommend avoiding them.

Repair of old multi-tool
So I had to send in my trusty old multi-tool for repair because the serrated blade had snapped. I was super clear with them that I didn't want a replacement since this tool was a special gift that meant a lot to me. And get this - not only did they fix the serrated knife, but they also threw in a new standard blade, a diamond file, a saw, new screwdriver bits, and even replaced the eyeglasses bit! And hold on, there's more - they upgraded the pliers to the fancy new ones with removable cutters, while still keeping the original chassis and scissors so it still had that familiar feel. It's really awesome to see a company that genuinely cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make them happy. Now, every time I reach for my multi-tool, I can't help but crack a smile because of the outstanding service I received!

This toothbrush is seriously awesome! It may be small, but it packs a punch and leaves my teeth feeling like I just walked out of the dentist's office.
