The process of sending money through this service went pretty smoothly, but there were a couple things that could be better. First off, when I typed in the bank name where I wanted the money to go, the box for the bank account number didn't pop up right away. It was annoying and slowed things down. And then, the last question about where the money came from wasn't very detailed. I thought it was strange that it didn't ask if the funds were from savings or checking, since lots of people have money in different places. But even with those issues, I managed to finish the transaction by clicking "order."

First off, the information requested for the recipient's location, like the Town/City and province details, was a little confusing when sending money to Serbia. Usually, we only have to give the street address, town, or city, so the extra info seemed unnecessary and caused some confusion. Also, I found it unclear when deciding between using a Credit or Debit card during registration. Normally, I pick Credit because it usually has options for Visa and Mastercard, even if it's a Visa Debit card. It took me a couple of tries to figure this out, which was pretty annoying. The biggest issue for me was that the card details are stored on the server, even if some numbers are hidden. With all the data breaches going on nowadays, I wasn't comfortable with this practice. Unlike other services like Western Union, where saving card info online is your choice, I would've liked more say over my sensitive data. Lastly, I thought the website's offer of $0.00 for new accounts would apply to my transaction, but I still got charged $2.89. Overall, though the registration process wasn't too hard, these points made me a bit uneasy and could be improved for a better customer experience.

Even though the customer service is top-notch, there's a problem in the system when trying to send money to a Nequi e-wallet in Colombia. The system forgets to add the Colombia country code, which makes the cell phone number too long and doesn't work. This has happened to me a few times, making it necessary for customer service to cancel and redo the transfers to get everything sorted out.
