Software support experience
Hey, so I had to reach out for some help with my software, which was pretty frustrating. But you know what? They actually helped me out and fixed the problem! I was really surprised because tech support can be a nightmare most of the time, but this time it was actually good. The tech guy was really nice and patient, and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing what to do. Also, my internet was acting up and the phone line was crackly, but he stuck with me until we got it all sorted out. Plus, we quickly reconnected after the downloads finished, which was a way better experience than my past tech support encounters. So yeah, I was pleasantly surprised for sure.
Document management software
I just bought this document management software, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how easy it is to use. It's made my business run a lot smoother and more efficient. If you're looking to get your documents organized and managed well, I definitely recommend checking it out.
PDF editing software
The PDF editing software I recently bought really let me down compared to other popular brands out there. I'm super bummed about how not user-friendly it is and how limited its capabilities are. I can't even do basic editing tasks like editing all objects in the PDF, turning PDFs into completely editable files, or fixing text that didn't convert right. On top of that, I can't even do simple stuff like adding an image with no transparency, layering an image on a shape with no transparency, or getting rid of specific lines on an image. Plus, I can't match the text format that's already in the PDF, paste an image from somewhere else, have more than one PDF open for editing without the software crashing, or recover edited PDFs after a crash.
PDF software purchase
I picked up this PDF software, thinking it could convert to MS Publisher like they claimed, but it totally couldn't. They were being sly about it, and I'm not a fan of companies trying to pull a fast one just to make a sale. It's not cool.
Technical Support Nightmare
I contacted tech support back on December 26, 2022 because I was having trouble with their software. I spent almost two months sending them files and screenshots, trying to show them where the problem was between the different versions. They said they fixed it for their corporate customers, but they wouldn't help me, just a regular customer, with any kind of solution or refund. The customer service people were really rude and not at all helpful, which just made this whole experience even worse than if I had just gotten no support at all. I'm definitely never buying from them again.
POWER PDF ADVANCED copying error
This software is a nightmare! Every time I try to copy and paste using CTRL + C, CTRL + V, it ends up copying the whole field with the box and everything. I reached out to customer service twice, and they even looked at my computer remotely once to try and fix the issue. But you know what? They wouldn't take it any further unless I let them control my PC again and record the whole thing. The last time they took over my computer, they messed with something in my registry that completely messed up my Microsoft products. Every time I tried to open anything Microsoft-related, it would freeze and crash, forcing me to reformat to fix it. They keep asking me to waste work hours fixing their issues and be their guinea pig for new applications, and I can't seem to get this resolved properly.
Nuance PDF software
I downloaded this PDF software a while back from a company that ended up getting bought out by another one. And now the darn thing won't work, and they're not even giving me a license key, even though I already paid for one. Talk about frustrating!
PDF Converter purchase issue
I just got this PDF converter that suddenly stopped working on me. Come to find out, the tech support team switched to a new company. It's been a real pain dealing with the new company 'cause they aren't responding and helping out with my old licenses. I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down by the whole situation.
Highly effcient software for business works
I have been using the Kofax automation software for a long time. I really loved their functionality, it allows to convert information easily in the intensive processes and help in grow the customer acitivites. It has tremendous business management features.
My business adapted the software for last few months and it has create more cash flow and business transactions by improving the efficiency of tasks, analysis and management.
