Mail forwarding service
I tried out the mail forwarding service back in December 2021, but it just wasn't the right fit for me. I cancelled the service right away and also updated my address with the post office so my mail wouldn't be forwarded anymore. To my surprise, six months later, I'm still getting billed by the company. It seems like once you're in their system, it's really tough to get out. They keep processing mail that should be "not allowed" and sending standard mail that shouldn't be forwarded. I think the service idea is good, but they need to improve their execution and customer service.
Virtual Guided Tour
Desiree did such a fantastic job giving us a virtual tour and showing us around all the different spots. She was really professional and knew her stuff, which made the whole thing fun and interesting.
Mail management service
I really liked the mail management service I got from this company at first. The interface was easy to use and the support was helpful. But lately, I've been really bummed out by the way they're handling pricing. People who have had their addresses for a while are suddenly getting charged twice as much with no good alternatives. They either have to settle for a less cool address or pay up. Plus, they're also throwing in a big cancellation fee, which feels like rubbing salt in the wound. It's just really disappointing to see a company pulling these kind of sneaky moves to make more money.

I was really hoping this place would be great for getting my mail forwarded quickly since I live in NYC. But turns out, they send it all the way to Oregon first and then take forever to send it to me. It's frustrating, dude. If you need something right away, don't even bother.
My experience with this company
I recently dealt with a company that was seriously disappointing and frustrating. Their customer service was totally unprofessional, unhelpful, and just plain disrespectful. Every time I brought up a concern or issue, they were skeptical and hostile, making me feel totally unimportant. On top of that, their surprise billing tactics were just awful and dishonest, which made the whole situation even worse. I would really recommend that anyone thinking about using their services should really think twice and look at other options instead.

I signed up for a virtual mailbox service so I could manage my mail from anywhere. I went with a big name provider, thinking it would be reliable. My experience with the mail forwarding service was super frustrating. I had set up a plan with 5 recipients, including businesses and personal addresses, and had moved all my mail to the address in Orlando that was assigned to me. I'm really upset with the mail service that this company provides. They say they'll upload your mail within 24-72 hours, but it actually takes more than a week for me to see anything in my account. It's just not right and it's been causing me a ton of frustration and inconvenience. If they can't deliver on what they promise, then they shouldn't be advertising this service at all.

We've been using a mail management solution from this company since early 2020 and we've had a really good experience with them. Before the COVID-19 lockdowns, we were already using their service, but we fully switched to Earth Class Mail in mid-March 2020 to make sure all our mail was going to them. This switch helped us keep operating smoothly while our staff was working from home. Looking back a year later, we're happy with the service they provide and we think they've helped us do well in this remote-work setup. We appreciate how smoothly the transition went and how efficient their services are. Thanks for the great work!
