First online order
This was actually my first time ordering online and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. Everything went really smoothly and getting my order was easy peasy. I did have a little hiccup with a leaky cart, but luckily I had picked up some delivery insurance and that really saved the day. The customer service was top-notch, they were super quick to help out with any problems I had. I'm happy with what I bought and I'm definitely thinking about ordering from them again down the line.

Calming chews and CBD oils for senior dogs
My older pups have been really enjoying the calming chews and CBD oils I got from here. They're both 13 years old and were dealing with achy joints and anxiety, but these products have really helped them feel better. Ordering was super easy and the delivery came way quicker than I expected. I highly recommend giving these products a shot if your four-legged pals are struggling.

Completely wonderful shopping experience with District5Boutique. I initially purchased a special order dress and as much as I loved the style and feel of the dress... unfortunately, I didn't feel like I was able to pull off the look, so I had to return. Customer service was friendly, helpful, and I honestly found the entire return process to be pretty straightforward and simple. Just as stated on the site, I received store credit for my purchase which I was then able to use towards my new purchase- a beautiful gown that fit my body just right and made me feel amazing. I am so happy with my purchase and cant wait to shop here again!

Dietary supplement purchase
I ordered some dietary supplements back in September 2020, and man, it's already January 2021 and I still haven't received my order. I reached out twice before finally getting a response, and let me tell you, it was frustrating. They gave me three different explanations that didn't even make sense. Dealing with this lack of accountability on their end has been a total waste of time and effort. I had to contact my card provider to get my money back. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, pay attention to the negative ones that show you the real deal with this company. I suggest avoiding shopping here altogether if you don't want to deal with the headache of wasting your hard-earned money.

The thing I bought was a complete disaster. It barely worked, so I decided to send it back. I followed all the return steps and shipped it back using USPS. But after waiting almost three weeks to hear back, they said the package they got was empty. I am pretty sure they're lying to avoid giving me my money back. I'm so mad and disappointed with how shady this company is. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

I made an order, a few days later DHL called me and said I have to pay an additional £60, which I didn't wish to. So I contacted Ark Swimwear customer support and they said they won't pay anything (free shipment on the website) so I instructed DHL to return the parcel. After they got their product they refused to make a refund. I was shocked ? they got my money, they got their product and they refuse to make a refund. This is a scam. THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!

Wedding dress
I was wary of ordering from here based on reviews, the site itself, sizing, etc. I am wildly impressed. I provided my own custom measurements I took myself and the dress arrived three weeks later without rush shipping. The dress itself is gorgeous and fits like a glove. Initially it seemed like my payment did not go through, and someone from the site reached out to me. I re-did it and it worked. It seemed sketchy, but it is just an odd system. I received my dress as ordered and have zero complaints about the process.

Oversized Teddy T shirt & Floral Shorts
Just received my parcel today and got to say I am impressed x At first I was worried about the sizing but it turns out to be correct to my size x I was so close to getting a size S when it states that for UK size 8-10 it would be a size S but thank god the customer service got back to me stating a size M would be a much better fit for a UK size 10 and so one happy customer here! ???? It was states that it’d take 10-15 working days and it arrived in 10 xx

Update: I don‘t even get the shipping price that I paid myself fully refunded. They seriously told me PayPal fees are not included. I’ve never met a company in my life that sells expensive items but makes you pay for returning items and then don‘t fully refund the shipping price. Besides it wasn‘t even my fault that they shipped the wrong size.
