    Used guitar

    I recently bought a used guitar online from the Greenwood Guitar Center store. It was supposed to be in "excellent" condition based on the listing and photos, but when I got it, I found a big divot near the input jack. I had to do some fixing with sanding and wood filler. It was frustrating that the guitar wasn't as described. I also had trouble playing it because I had to adjust the nut for intonation. It made me wonder about their quality control for used gear. I still like Guitar Center for new stuff, but this experience makes me think twice about buying used items from them again.

    Guitar Center exclusive guitar on sale

    I've had my eye on this really cool guitar from Guitar Center for a while now, but the price was a little high for me. Luckily, during their Memorial Day sale, they lowered the price and I just had to buy it. The guitar is awesome and I'm so happy with my purchase. The staff at the store were really helpful and knew their stuff, which made the whole buying experience easy and fun. Overall, it was a great time and I'll definitely be going back for all my future musical needs.

    I just bought a new guitar from Guitar Center, and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how everything went down. I've been going to that store for like 20 years now, and they always have a nice selection of good stuff. The financing choices they offer are awesome, and I really like the fact that you can try out most products for 45 days. The staff there really knows their stuff and they were super helpful in helping me pick out the perfect guitar for what I needed.

    Online purchase of a used amplifier

    I bought a used amplifier online and called the store to make sure before driving an hour to pick it up in Huntsville. The lady I talked to wasn't very friendly and told me I had to wait for an email about picking it up. I was pretty disappointed because I've spent more than $500 at that store in the past three months. So, I'll be searching for other places to shop from now on.

    During my recent visit to Guitar Center, I had a great time thanks to the helpful and friendly service I received from one of their staff members. I was looking for a top-notch guitar and got assistance from a guy named Meta. He not only helped me pick out the perfect guitar but also shared a lot of useful info about the various models and brands they had. His knowledge and patience made shopping there super easy.

    Guitar Amplifier

    My experience at Guitar Center was super disappointing. I heard so many good things about their products, so I thought I'd get a guitar amplifier there. But man, the ordering process was a mess. I had to make a bunch of phone calls, and each time I got different info. In the end, I ended up losing $100 in rewards because they couldn't get their act together and communicate properly. Now I'm just really frustrated and not happy with Guitar Center overall.

    Amp and guitar

    Oh my gosh, Guitar Center is seriously amazing! I just picked up a killer amp and guitar from there and I can't get enough of them. The staff there are incredibly cool and helped me find the perfect gear. Guido Montesano, a Gear Advisor in Nashville, was so awesome and knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Thanks to him and everyone at Guitar Center, I feel like I'm living the rockstar life. Keep on rocking, guys!

    Speaking with Mat at distribution center

    I talked to Mat over at the distribution center about my order. The address on file said Spring Hill instead of Brooksville, but Mat fixed it right up for shipping. He was really nice and helpful the whole time, paying close attention to everything and providing great customer service. Thanks a lot, Mat!

    I bought a guitar at this store recently and it was a total nightmare. The employees were so rude, and didn't help me at all. It felt like they were doing me a big favor just by talking to me. On top of that, they messed up my purchase and then tried to blame me when I wanted to return it. I swear, I am never going back there again.

    Hey Guitar Center, I need to ask you to stop charging my card without giving me a heads up first. Most places usually send reminders before taking payment, but not you. It's really annoying to see random charges on my card out of nowhere. And when I tried calling for help, no one picked up. Can I please request a call back from someone who can help me delete my card info? This lack of communication and customer service is not cool.

    Ordering from this company was such a disaster. I had to keep logging in, updating my address and payment info, just for it all to go back to the old stuff when I finally placed my order. And now my new instrument is being sent to the totally wrong address because of their incompetence.

    Headphone customer service

    I had a great experience talking to the customer service rep at Guitar Center about a product I bought that turned out to be defective. They really went out of their way to help me, even giving me a copy of my receipt. I was really impressed with the level of service I got. But I do want to warn others to avoid the Tascam TH-300X headphones because they didn't live up to my expectations in terms of quality.

    I was pretty bummed about my experience at that store. First off, their website was giving me issues when I tried to pay for my order. And then, when I finally got my order to go through, they only sent me one item instead of the two I had ordered. I had to reach out to customer service to fix the mix-up, and it was a pain to deal with. Overall, I was not too happy with their service and how they didn't really pay attention to getting orders right. Next time, I might just go somewhere else, like Sweetwater.

    I found this cool electric guitar online that caught my attention, but it wasn't quite what I wanted. I talked to customer service about the price, and man, they were so stubborn. Bobby Charlton wouldn't give me a break, even when I mentioned a discount for big orders. In the end, I gave in and placed my order, but now it seems like my delivery is lost. The 3 to 5-day shipping time passed, and still no guitar. What a letdown, you know?

    Electric guitar amp purchase

    The guy helping us out at the store in Lancaster, PA was really helpful and knew his stuff. Chris Myers listened to what we needed and went above and beyond to find the right amp for us. We liked how he kept us informed and honest throughout the whole thing. Normally we like to check out things in person before buying, but Chris made us feel good about ordering without seeing it first. The prices were fair, and we felt like we were getting a good deal. All in all, our trip to Guitar Center was awesome, all thanks to Chris and his great customer service.
