Almost everything cream purchase
I bought the Almost Everything cream from this store in June for the first time, and I gotta say, the container was completely useless. I couldn't get the product out no matter how much I tried, so I ended up cutting the top off to get to the cream. What a packaging fail! As for the cream, it's just okay - nothing special. I don't get why everyone's raving about it.

Unauthorized Transactions on my Bank Account
Man, this place is really sketchy! I bought something from them and out of nowhere, I started seeing random charges on my bank statement from their bill pay card. Like, can you even imagine? I'm pretty sure they must have been hacking into my account or something because how else would they have gotten my personal info? I had to contact my bank right away to block all the transactions so they couldn't steal any more of my hard-earned cash. Now there's an investigation happening and I'm just hoping they can figure it out. Last time this happened it was a huge hassle to get my money back.

As a mom of twins, it's important for me to dress them alike sometimes, but the choices here were pretty slim. The customer service from this company is way too slow. It took a whole day just to get a response for help. Meanwhile, their Sales team is all over you, trying to push their private tutoring option. And when we finally did hear back from Support, they didn't even solve our real issue. It's like they didn't even bother to figure out what was really going on. They just glanced at some screenshots and assumed we were stuck on a level, giving us a solution that didn't even fix our technical problem. The platform is full of bugs and glitches, which made my son lose interest after only a few lessons. He kept having to refresh the browser and ended up losing his progress. The slow and unhelpful support team just made things worse. I don't think my son will stick with a service that can't address his concerns in a timely manner.
