Lost order, lack of communication
I ordered some stuff from this website and wouldn't you know it, FedEx went and lost my package. I've been trying to get ahold of UrbanOg through messages and emails, but I haven't heard anything back about my lost order. FedEx told me to file a claim, but I can't get through to anyone at UrbanOg to figure that out. I already paid for everything, but I haven't gotten my stuff or any info on when it might show up. I like UrbanOg, but they gotta get on this lack of communication and fix it pronto. What's the next step here?

I just got two pairs of shoes from this online shop and they fit great, look awesome, and have perfect colors. I loved them so much that I quickly ordered three more pairs. I don't shop here a lot, but every time I do, I'm always happy with my purchase.

Delayed order shipment
I placed an order on the website a few days ago and I'm having trouble getting my confirmation email and tracking info. I emailed customer service twice but haven't heard back from them yet. It's been 3 days already and I'm getting worried about not knowing what's going on with my order. I really hope they step up their customer service game and sort this out soon.
