Oh my gosh, I just got these super cute boots from this secret website and I'm totally obsessed! My experience with this retailer really disappointed me. I bought some shoes recently, but sadly, they didn't fit right. When I wanted to swap them for a different size, they said exchanges weren't allowed. So, I had to return the shoes for a refund. But, surprise - they didn't include any return shipping labels, and it ended up costing me more than the original shipping. It felt like I waited forever, but I finally got an email about the refund - only to see they deducted some of the amount. Dealing with this whole thing was a complete nightmare. My advice to other shoppers: double-check sizes and try to avoid the headache I went through.
