I just bought this dress that I've been wanting for so long. I was so pumped to finally get it after working my butt off to lose weight. But man, when that dress showed up after 4 weeks, it was a major letdown. The thing looked nothing like what was on the website; it was a total knockoff with a different style, fabric, and design. I thought it was super ugly compared to what I was hoping for.
Unreceived merchandise refund
I've been really let down by my experience with this company. I bought something back in March 2018 but never got it. I've tried reaching out to customer service and making complaints, but I still haven't gotten my money back for the stuff I didn't receive. And now I've discovered they're also using a different name which makes me think they're trying to trick people and not take responsibility. They keep sending me emails saying they'll refund me, but nothing has actually been done about it. I really recommend that others be careful when dealing with this company and not let themselves get taken advantage of by their shady practices.
Poor customer service experience
I had a really bad time dealing with this company's customer service. I was trying to get a refund, but I couldn't get through to anyone. I dialed the number they gave me, but all I got was a dang answering machine. I left a message, but no one bothered to call me back. I even tried hitting them up on their website, but got no reply there either. It was super annoying and a total letdown. I felt like they just took my cash and vanished into thin air. This whole thing sucked so much that it actually motivated me to write my very first company review.
Unreliable, frustrating, unresponsive.
I had a really bad experience with this online store not too long ago. I made an order back in February and one of the things I bought never showed up. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but all I got back were those automated replies. It was so annoying and disappointing to be left hanging like that, with no one taking responsibility or talking to me. The thing that really got me was that the item was supposed to be in stock, so I couldn't figure out why it didn't ship. Long story short, I'm never buying from them again.

I'm really disappointed with my experience with this company. The clothes I ordered never got sent out, and despite me trying multiple times since February to get a refund, I haven't gotten any help. It's been super frustrating and makes me feel like their customer service isn't great. Men's outdoor clothing, size 4XL
I just bought two pieces of men's outdoor clothing in size 4XL from FashionMia, and man, was I let down. The quality of the clothes was awful, so light and definitely not built for being outside like they claimed. Plus, the sizes were all wrong, nowhere near what they said online. When I tried to send them back, it was a hassle. They only offered me a 20% refund or store credit. I'm so annoyed because I can't even get an address to return them, all I want is my money back for these disappointing items.

I just bought a dress and some accessories from this company and I was really let down by the whole experience. The quality of the products was not good, the customer service was terrible, and I felt like I was totally misled by the ads on their website. I won't be shopping there again.
Two dresses
Oh my gosh, I ordered two super cute dresses online and let me tell you, it was the absolute worst shopping experience ever! They said they would ship it in 3-7 days and charged my card right away. But guess what? After two weeks, I checked and nothing had even been shipped! When I tried to cancel, they said sure, but we'll take 15%. Ugh, can you believe it? So I decided to wait it out. Finally, when the dresses arrived, one looked super weird and cheap. I couldn't even wear it! And the other one never even showed up! I had to go through so much drama just to get my money back for that one. It was so annoying, like seriously. I definitely would not recommend shopping there, it was the worst!
3 dresses wrong sizes
My first order from this company was a total mess. I ordered 3 dresses and every single one of them was the wrong size! Now I have to deal with the trouble of sending them back and paying for shipping, all because of their mistake. And on top of that, my second order was supposed to show up on April 10, according to them. Well, it's way past that date now and still no sign of my order. I'm starting to worry that when it finally does arrive, it'll be the wrong sizes again. This whole thing has been a complete nightmare so far.
Cheap and poor quality items
Man, the customer service at this place is just awful. They always give you tracking numbers that end up being useless, and good luck trying to reach them for help - they might not even get back to you. It's so aggravating to be waiting for a package that never shows up, and forget about trying to get a refund, it's like pulling teeth. My advice? Stay away from this company and find somewhere else with better customer service and products.
Dresses
I just bought some dresses online, looking for trendy outfits for my upcoming events. But man, was I let down. Took forever for the dresses to show up, about a month. And when they finally arrived, they were way smaller than what I asked for. I've gotten similar dresses in the past from other stores and they fit just right. So I know these ones were totally off. Now I'm feeling irritated and stuck because I needed these dresses for a particular day.
