Phone over IP quality
Thanks to Mr. Kolyn's hard work, the quality is okay, but there are some problems like cutouts, echo, and lag. The internet speed is decent with a DSL connection.

Envato is seriously the best place to find stuff online. They have an amazing selection of top-notch content that I haven't found anywhere else. I always manage to find exactly what I'm looking for to use in my projects. Plus, the whole licensing thing is super easy to deal with, and the info they give about YouTube content IDs and P.R.O affiliations is super helpful. Surprisingly, I actually enjoy shopping on their site, which is weird because I usually hate shopping.

Cheap and poor quality items
Man, the customer service at this place is just awful. They always give you tracking numbers that end up being useless, and good luck trying to reach them for help - they might not even get back to you. It's so aggravating to be waiting for a package that never shows up, and forget about trying to get a refund, it's like pulling teeth. My advice? Stay away from this company and find somewhere else with better customer service and products.
