Excellent customer service
I had to reach out to customer service about a problem I had with something I bought. They were super quick to get back to me and they fixed everything by sending me a replacement item. I was really impressed by how much they seemed to care about helping me out. I think this company is definitely worth recommending because of their top-notch customer service.
Delayed delivery
I ordered something back on July 5th, 2024, but it still hasn't shown up. I'm getting pretty annoyed that I haven't gotten what I paid for when I was supposed to. I got in touch with customer support and they were really quick to get back to me. They said they'd send me a replacement, so now I'm just waiting for it to arrive. I'm thankful for their fast help and for working to fix the problem.
iPhone case replacement process
I've been buying stuff from this company for years, always happy with what I get. So, when my iPhone case broke, I went ahead and asked for a replacement. It was super easy and quick. Cell phone case
This brand's cell phone case is really great, it keeps my device well-protected. But I gotta tell ya, their customer service is not so great. I can never seem to reach anyone over the phone, and getting a response from them via email takes forever.

I've bought three phone covers from this company and I have to say, I'm impressed once more. The design is sleek and low profile, which I really like. It gives good drop protection without making my phone bulky. The clear cover is a cool touch because it lets my phone's design show through. I am so frustrated with this company and how they are handling things. I ordered an iPhone case and it's taking forever to arrive. They said they re-ordered it for me, but I still haven't gotten it. I asked for a refund, but that's taking forever too. I was told this company was great, but my experience has been anything but that.

Tech21 phone case
I bought a phone case from this company recently, but I never got it. Even though I gave them my address and phone number, the carrier messed up and didn't deliver it. It's really frustrating not getting what I paid for. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but so far, they haven't fixed the problem.
Biodegradable phone case
My daughter is totally in love with her new phone case and I have to admit, I kinda wish it was mine! It looks really nice, plus the fact that it's biodegradable makes it even cooler. It fits her phone perfectly and gives it good protection without being too bulky. I definitely recommend it!

I'm really loving the phone case I got - it's so cool and provides great protection! It's slim, stylish, and looks like it can survive some pretty big falls. The color is awesome and it feels great in my hand. Definitely think it was a good investment!
Protective case purchase
The delivery really got me bummed out - it took way too long, which was a total pain. And then, to make matters worse, the product was missing those rubber grip pads on the bottom, which was a big letdown since it was so expensive. The cover itself is decent quality, but it's not worth the crazy high price, even with a discount. I would've rated it higher if it weren't for these big issues.

I've been a loyal customer of this company for years and I've tried out several of their phone cases. I usually go for the book type case because it gives extra protection for my screen and helps prevent accidental calls. Plus, it's handy for keeping my bank cards all in one place. But I was kind of bummed to see that the newest model I bought doesn't have the card slot like the others. Even so, these cases have always done a great job of keeping my phone safe from any drops or mishaps.

I just bought an iPhone case from this company, and let me tell you, I am really impressed with how good quality it is. The case really protects my new iPhone well and it looks really sleek and nice. Although, I was a little bummed out that it took a while for the case to get to me after I ordered it. But, even with that small issue, I am happy with my purchase overall and would definitely think about buying from this company again down the line.
Incorrect iPhone case
I bought an iPhone case from that company, but I actually ordered the wrong one. So, I contacted their customer service about my mistake, and they were nice enough to offer me a credit for half of what I paid for the wrong case. I think they should give me a full credit since it was my fault, but I still appreciate how quickly they responded and were willing to assist me.
