    Phone device trouble

    My phone line is fine, but this ObiHai OBI302 device I have is causing me a lot of trouble. The second line is not connecting, and the company isn't offering any support to help me figure it out. I can't even log into their website to try and fix it myself. It's really frustrating and making me consider switching to a different phone company completely. I need this problem resolved or a new device sent to me as soon as possible.

    Phone repair service

    I went to the repair shop the other day because my phone had a small issue. When I got there, I gave them my phone and they didn't tell me how much it would cost to fix it. They just told me to come back in 10 minutes. When I came back, they charged me 2,000 kroner to fix it, without letting me know beforehand. I was really surprised and not happy at all with how they handled everything. The price was way too high and I felt like they weren't being upfront with me. It really left me feeling unsatisfied with the service I got.

    The process of transferring my phone number was a real pain in the neck, but thankfully the customer support folks were super helpful and kept me in the loop with regular email updates. When I finally got everything up and running, I was pretty impressed with how easy it was to set up the equipment and use the phone app. Being able to easily check my voicemails, which was always a hassle with my old provider, was a huge relief. And it was a nice little bonus to be able to dial a code from the phone like the good old days. Overall, even though I just started using the service, I'm really happy with it so far.

    Phone over IP quality

    Thanks to Mr. Kolyn's hard work, the quality is okay, but there are some problems like cutouts, echo, and lag. The internet speed is decent with a DSL connection.

    In the month since I signed up for this subscription, I've had a bunch of problems with the communication. It's frustrating because I picked this service because everyone said the voice quality was great. I'm hoping these issues aren't a regular thing and that they get fixed soon.

    I've been with this company for nearly 20 years, and I've noticed a big drop in the quality of service in the last year. It's taking two days for the call logs to show up, and the call ID is gone from both the logs and the signal on my phone. The only place I can find the call ID is in the voicemail log. I've tried contacting customer support several times, but most of my questions have been ignored. They admit there are problems, but that doesn't make me want to stick around as a customer. My subscription is ending soon, and I've already found a new provider.

    The functionality and audio/uptime service are top-notch, no complaints at all. Everything works just like they said it would, but I was kind of let down to discover that the second line isn't really a separate phone number - it's just a second port for the same number. If you're looking for a legit second line with a different number for personal and business calls, you'll have to spring for an extra line. The website and ads can be a little misleading on that front.

    Today, I had a really frustrating time dealing with customer service. Up until now, I was pretty satisfied with the phone service, but today was a letdown. I was on the phone for almost an hour trying to fix a problem, and the representative I spoke with just didn't seem to know how to help me. It was super frustrating and I ended the call feeling even more frustrated than when I first called. All in all, my customer service experience today was a real bummer.

    My VoIP device was working great for the first phone line, but setting up the second line was a complete nightmare. I tried reaching out to OBI for help, but their website was no help at all. Now I can't even log in to try and fix the problem. I might just have to give up on this device and switch phone companies entirely!

    Phone service for travel

    Phone service from Phonepower has been a real lifesaver for us while we're traveling! Their cordless phone setup lets us take a line with us no matter where we are. The portable "box" is so easy to set up in different places. The service is dependable and their customer service is excellent.     Switched from ATT to new phone service

    The service from this new phone provider is amazing! The sound quality is so clear and I haven't had any issues with server refresh like I did with my old providers. I no longer get that annoying message saying "the customer you are trying to reach is unavailable." Setting everything up was super easy and I was able to connect to the internet with no problems. This service is exactly what I've been needing and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable phone service.

    I was really annoyed with the company because they couldn't update their payment method on their website for so long. I had to end up sending a check to pay my bill, which was a real pain.     Difficulty transferring phone

    My experience switching my phone to this service has been super frustrating. It's been about three to four weeks, and I've only gotten one email about the transfer. I've been calling customer service every week for updates, and I end up waiting on hold for like 25 minutes each time. I asked for a refund and cancellation three weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for it to get sorted out.

    The phone quality with Phone Power's soft phone is seriously lacking. Whenever there are problems, they don't seem too worried about fixing them right away. Instead, they keep pushing updates to a later date. It's really not cool to have this kind of inferior service.

    I just got VoIP phone service and it's been great so far. The price ended up a bit higher than I thought because of taxes and fees, but it's still cheaper than Comcast or Verizon. My equipment came on time, and after using the service for a month, the phone quality has been really good. I love that I can use a cloned line to make or get calls even when the other line is busy.

    Delayed service activation

    I had a pretty good experience with getting my service activated. The only downside was that the activation date got pushed back after I already had the equipment in hand. Despite that hiccup, everything has been working great ever since. The delay did mean that I had to pay for the service before I could even use it, which was a bit of a hassle. I think they should really wait to activate the service until everything is good to go and ready to use.

    Call blocking service

    I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out with the call blocking service I bought. It did help stop some of those annoying robocalls, but it couldn't block entire area codes or prefixes, which was a big letdown for me. And man, the website was so slow and it took forever for the call logs to get updated and for email notifications to come through. I really think the company needs to step up their game by keeping customers in the loop about changes and improvements they plan to make.

    Their soft phone is very convenient to use from any system through microphones.
    This is time of change and adoptions of new technology .
    Like me many users initially opted one year subscription to test services and provisions from Phone power . Because one who already under one contract before ,takes time to change service provider.Later we extended two years subscription then further renewals.Advisabke.
