    I'm really disappointed with the way this company has treated me. My phone service has been crap for months, and every time I contacted their support team, I got absolutely no reply. I kept asking for a refund because of the terrible service, but they just kept charging me like everything was fine. I got so fed up with their lack of communication and service that I finally sent them an email demanding refunds and cancellation. And what do you know, they canceled my account right away, but I didn't get a single cent back. These guys are just a bunch of thieves, taking people's money and not delivering on their promises. I'd advise you to steer clear of them.

    I've been using this VoIP service for over a year now, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how it's been going. I hardly ever have to reach out to their Support team because everything I need is right there on their website. I appreciate that there are no sneaky fees or unexpected charges. Some of their rules might be a little strange, but that seems to be typical for this kind of thing. And when it comes to voice quality and other VoIP features, they all work just fine.

    Hey guys, so I decided to try out this subscription plan, thinking it was gonna be a really good deal. It was only supposed to be $5 a month if you paid for a whole year upfront. But then, after a year passed, they just sneakily started charging me $18 a month without any heads up. I mean, seriously, do they expect me to remember every little detail about my subscription? They don't even bother with sending reminders! So sketchy. And when I tried to cancel, they were trying to charge me for equipment I never even had! What a total scam, right? Definitely steer clear of this service, guys. It's not worth it at all.

    VoIP phone service with adapter

    I recently switched over to a VoIP phone service that came with an adapter, and I gotta say, at first I was pretty impressed with the sound quality and how there was no delay during calls. But then, my internet provider upgraded from DSL to Fiber, and that's when I started having trouble making outgoing calls because of the new modem. That's when I realized the real issue with the service - there was no live customer support. I tried reaching out for help, but there wasn't a phone number for live assistance, and the email support was seriously lacking in response and effectiveness. Dealing with such limited customer service options was beyond frustrating.

    The VoIP service from this company has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. We've been experiencing a lot of in-house disconnections and our calls keep going straight to voicemail, which is super frustrating. We tried reaching out to customer service multiple times for help, but unfortunately, we never got the issues resolved. Eventually, we had no choice but to switch to a different provider. To top it off, the equipment that was supposed to be "free" ended up costing us $39.99 when we canceled. Dealing with the return process for the equipment was a nightmare - the instructions were snobby and not customer-friendly at all. We not only had to pay to return the equipment, but we also had to provide a tracking number and return all components or risk not getting our refund. The company's lack of responsiveness and their aggressive attitude during the refund process really left a bad taste in our mouths. It's disappointing to see a company put their own interests above customer satisfaction, especially when it comes to service problems. Clearly, customer service is not a priority for this company, and the way they handled everything just confirmed our decision to move on to a different provider.

    Long-time customer, mixed experience

    I've been a customer here for about 5 years, and my experience has been kind of up and down. I've got my regular old number and a cheaper account with a new number. The other day I had some trouble with my credit card expiring and couldn't activate the new one, which was annoying.

    I work in customer support and tech outreach, so I'm on the phone a lot every day. Most of the calls I get are from customers who need help with different stuff.     Axvoice is seriously the worst phone service I've ever dealt with. They claim to have low monthly fees, but the service itself is just terrible. I have to restart the box every time I make a call, which is such a hassle and waste of time. Their customer service is basically MIA - emails go unanswered most of the time. I really wish I never signed up for this garbage service.

    This service is a total scam. I signed up on their website and got this super cheap piece of hardware that just wouldn't work right because they didn't program it correctly. Then, when I tried reaching out to them for help, I got nowhere. They don't answer emails, so canceling the service or getting any kind of help is a lost cause.
