It's been over two weeks, and I still haven't received any shipment confirmation. No one even answers the phone at their customer service line.     18-month treatment

    I had a really bad time with the 18-month treatment I got. The first aligners didn't straighten my teeth right, so they sent me another set based on a new plan. But the second set didn't fix the problem either. I tried reaching out to support many times, asking for the orthodontist to check the plan, but the issue wasn't resolved. The customer service rep, Alison, was rude and not helpful when I asked what to do next. All in all, I was really let down by the whole thing.

    Yeah, so like, I bought this watch last week and it was totally not what I was expecting from the website. So then, I wanted to return it, but before the courier people even came to get the watch, they sent a small like notification. And then, they just canceled the whole collection thing without even like giving a reason. And this happened twice! The customer service was terrible, they just gave me like these formal replies, not even trying to help or anything. I would definitely not recommend buying from this store or online from there, like, zero customer service for sure.

    I bought a bunch of clothes online from this company as Christmas gifts. The process of ordering was easy and the stuff arrived pretty quickly. But when I checked them out, the quality was not great so I decided to return some of it. That's when I hit a snag with their return policy. The 30-day return period actually starts from the day they ship it, not when you get it. I think that's kind of unfair because it cuts down the time I have to make a return. They really need to fix that to make it fair for us customers. I'm pretty bummed about this and I hope they do better next time.

    I can't believe this company! I ordered these cute sandals and then they tell me five days later they're out of stock. They said I'd get my money back in 7-10 working days, but it's been weeks and still no refund. Such a scam! Thankfully, I had to do a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back.     Limited Edition Watch

    I have this special Original Grain watch from late 2017, and it's already acting up on me. The day of the week display won't move, and the date keeps getting stuck. On top of that, I need a new watchband that matches the original one. So, I went to a jeweler to get some help, but they told me they can't fix it because Original Grain doesn't have the parts anymore. What a bummer! I spent a lot of money on this watch, and now I can't even get it properly repaired. Anybody else dealing with this issue?

    I recently bought a double dog kennel from this company, and I gotta say I'm really disappointed with the service. They told me it would ship in 3-4 weeks, but it's been 6 weeks now and still no sign. I've been calling customer service, but I can never reach anyone. All I got was a generic email saying they're talking to the manufacturer. That's not okay, considering I paid $3600 for this. I really needed the kennel for medical reasons, and this lack of communication and shipping delays are really frustrating.

    I was pretty disappointed with the customer service experience at Vivino. It's a bummer that there's no way to reach out for help through the app or website. The chat bot seems fake and doesn't really connect you with a real person or create a support ticket. This lack of direct communication with support can be super frustrating when you have problems with your orders. Plus, the app updates so often, like every 5-10 minutes, which is annoying.<br><br>Basically, if you're not buying wine from Vivino, the app works fine. But if you do buy wine and something goes wrong, like missing or broken bottles, or your whole order doesn't show up, you're out of luck. It's disappointing that they don't offer better support and take responsibility for these issues, which makes it hard to trust their service.

    My experience with the customer service at Ribble Cycles was really disappointing. I had trouble getting a quick response, and when I finally heard back, it took days. When I went to pick up my bike, it was the wrong color, and the solution they offered wasn't great. After some back and forth, I agreed to have it delivered to my home with a mechanic to set it up. But as the delivery date got closer, I didn't get a confirmation call. When I called to check, they told me the bike was back at the store. I had to make another 90-mile trip to get it, with no compensation or even a small gesture of goodwill. The bike itself is great, but Ribble Cycles really needs to step up their customer service game.

    Omg, I ordered this white skirt and blue blouse ages ago, but it still hasn't shown up! I've been waiting forever, like two and a half months, and I'm seriously getting annoyed. I've been trying to get in touch with them through emails and phone calls, but nobody is getting back to me. And their customer service is the absolute worst, for real. No one responds to emails, and I’ve tried resetting my password a million times but I never get the link. It's so frustrating!
