    a £7 return fee in the UK felt high compared to the usual £2–4, and you have to file an “inquiry” and wait 3–5 business days for them to review it before you even get a postage label. I was pretty skeptical at that point. On the plus side, delivery was fast and the package arrived well packed, and customer service did get back to me and sorted the return after a bit of waiting, which calmed me down. I’d still tell friends about the pieces, but I’d warn them about the return cost and delay.

    Midnight silk regret

    I was halfway through unwrapping these shirts on the couch, thinking 'maybe it'll be fine' — I had hesitated before ordering because the price and shipping were on the high side. Those doubts didn't go away. Both silk shirts developed the same stubborn crease along the sleeve, a mirror flaw that even heavy ironing wouldn't fix. Customer service told me I was past the return window; I tried to point out UK consumer rules but felt stonewalled. Paying premium and ending up with identical defects felt like a punch. In the end I had to trash them, which still annoys me. If you're wavering, maybe buy somewhere with clearer returns or at least take photos as soon as you open it. Would've saved me trouble.

    The cardigan that won my winter

    the cashmere is soft and holds up, and their silk pieces feel noticeably substantial. Sales pop up fairly often, but promo codes only apply to full-price stuff, so you gotta time it a bit. Overall really happy it turned out so well — genuinely glad I bought it.

    Finally fixed it myself

    cozy, classy, everything seemed fine. Then after a few wears (and always following the care label, even taking things to a specialist dry cleaner) I noticed fraying at the seams — underarm on the polo, edges on the pants and hoodie. That was frustrating. I emailed customer service and after a bit of back-and-forth Alice offered 40% off toward new items, which felt like a shrug more than a solution — I asked for an exchange or refund since they clearly had a defect, and that was declined. The moment I knew I was satisfied — weirdly — was when I handed the pieces to a local tailor and they fixed the fraying quickly and cheaply. I was relieved more than happy; relief that I didn’t have to keep fighting the brand, and also annoyed that I had to pay for the fix myself. So yeah, I won’t order from them again. Customer service was weak, quality didn’t match expectations, and it felt like regular customers didn’t get the same consideration as influencers. Lesson learned.

    Delivery was messy but the item actually helps

    I needed this for my morning routine and I was pretty clear about the date. I told them I needed it before I left on the 16th. They said it would arrive two days earlier, so I breathed a little easier and packed. It didn't show up. Then, while I was away, I got a message saying the parcel needed to be picked up from the courier or it'd be sent back. Which confused me because I had already said I was traveling. I contacted both the seller and the courier. The courier was surprisingly helpful and told me they still had it and would deliver it when I returned — no problem. Meanwhile the seller sent paperwork claiming it had been delivered. That felt off. It was sloppy communication from the seller and gave me unnecessary stress. The product itself is fine. I use it every day now for coffee and quick breakfasts, so I’m glad it finally arrived and it actually works as needed. I just wish the delivery and messaging had been handled better. Friendly courier, inconsistent seller updates. Overall relieved, but not fully impressed.

    Silk pillowcases and sheets

    I just bought some silk pillowcases and sheets from this company, and let me tell you, I am really impressed with the quality and style of their products.     Silk shirts and silk doona

    I recently bought 3 awesome silk shirts and a 100% silk comforter that's perfect for keeping warm in the winter. I'm really impressed with the quality and I'm totally satisfied with what I got. I've bought from this store in the past and never had any issues. However, the one thing that's bothering me is that now they're bombarding my inbox with 4 emails every day, which is way too much. I think they should cut back and just send updates once a week.

    I love the size Medium cardigan I bought! It's just what I wanted - comfy, stylish, and totally worth the price. Normally I lean towards medium or small sizes for cardigans, so I went with the medium this time since it was on its last sale. Luckily, it fits me perfectly with a laid-back but flattering vibe.     I got this sweater as a birthday present and let me tell you, it's just gorgeous! The design is super unique and every time I put it on, I feel so pumped. The fit is a bit loose and comfy, so make sure to think about that when picking your size. One of my favorite parts is the cuffs - they really add a nice little something. And even though I have shorter arms, I can still roll up the sleeves without messing up the look, which is awesome. The fabric is super soft, and I can tell it's gonna stick around for a while if I take good care of it. I've also noticed barely any pilling after wearing it for a few months, which is really cool.

    I just got these new pajamas and they are seriously the softest and most comfortable things ever! I love the way they feel on my skin and they keep me nice and cozy when I sleep.
