Recent online purchase
Hey, I recently made an online purchase and let me tell you, it was quite a wild ride. I checked out a bunch of online stores before deciding to go with this one. But, turns out, it wasn't all it seemed. The website had all these nice pictures that made it look like a local shop, but it was far from it. When I tried reaching out about my order, I heard nothing back. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I'm starting to think they don't even send out the right items or maybe don't send anything at all. It's frustrating to see businesses using something like Covid19 to try and scam people.
Car seat covers
I ordered some car seat covers that were supposed to be made of leather, but when they arrived, they were actually made of plastic. When I reached out to return them, the company completely ignored my requests and informed me that they only accepted returns within a 7-day timeframe. I find this to be quite absurd. It's not right that they are selling products that are falsely advertised and then refusing to own up to it. They're total scam artists, if you ask me.
Custom fit leather seat covers
I bought some leather seat covers from this site and man, I'm really bummed out about it. They claimed to be custom fit, but they don't fit my car at all. And to top it off, the material isn't even leather like they said. I've been trying to return them, but I haven't had any luck getting my money back.

I ordered car seat covers back in May, but here it is July and I still haven't gotten them! I had to threaten legal action just to get a fake tracking number. Now they're telling me I should receive it in 7-9 days. I'm so frustrated, I'm going to reach out to my bank for a refund. This company is definitely shady and not reliable at all!

I was super pumped to order my new seat covers on May 2nd, 2020, but they didn't arrive until August 5th, 2020! I was super annoyed and thought I was being taken for a ride. I sent a ton of emails and all they kept saying was to chill because they were on a boat, not a plane, and COVID was slowing everything down. But finally, after what seemed like an eternity, my seat covers showed up! They were exactly what I was looking for and I was thrilled to finally have them in my car.
Comforter set
I recently bought a comforter set from this store, but I was a little worried at first because of all the bad reviews. It did end up taking a couple of weeks to arrive since it was coming from far away. The tracking information was a bit confusing, but the customer service was quick to respond with new tracking details. Luckily, when the comforter set finally arrived, it was exactly like the picture and I'm really happy with it!

I just bought some seat covers from this website and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised with how everything went down. I was a bit worried at first because I read some bad reviews online, but I went for it anyway. Turns out, I was totally wrong to doubt them! I placed my order on Nov 16th and got it on Nov 24th, super fast! The seat covers were exactly what I was looking for, and they were top-notch quality. I even double-checked the tracking number with the carrier, and it was all good. I'm really happy with my purchase and how quickly it got to me.
Shower curtain purchase
I paid extra for fast shipping to get my shower curtain in 7-10 days, but it ended up taking 25 days to arrive. I reached out to customer service multiple times, got a tracking number, but it still came late. And when it finally arrived, it didn't look anything like the picture on the website. All in all, I'm not happy with the product or my experience with this company.

I recently bought car seat covers from a website, and I have to say I wasn't too happy with how things turned out. When I looked around the site, I couldn't find any reviews. So, I did some digging and found out that the company had some issues in 2019 with the Better Business Bureau. There were a lot of complaints about packages not being delivered and poor communication. Even though the company said they were going to get better, it looks like they haven't changed much according to recent complaints. Because of this, I would recommend that people stay away from buying anything from this company.
Seat Covers Purchase
I wanted to share my experience as a customer because I am really frustrated with this company. Back in January, I bought some seat covers but I still haven't gotten them. I even tried to sort it out with PayPal, but they didn't really fix the problem. When the company gave me a tracking number, it turned out to be fake, and because of that, PayPal closed the case too soon. The way this company ignores me and tricks customers is just not right. It's really disappointing to lose $200 like this.

Man, I was freaking out when I couldn't find my order after clicking "view order." I got so pissed, I even shot off a nasty email and called my bank to get a refund. But guess what? Today, totally out of nowhere, my pink and black princess crown seat covers showed up! They're actually pretty sweet and seem like they're decent quality. Hopefully everyone else gets their gear soon. The communication is seriously lacking though, that's why I'm only giving 3 stars. Honestly though, it's more like a 1 star situation with that mess.
Faux leather seat covers for PT Cruiser
I really liked the seat covers they had at this online store, so I decided to get the blue and white faux leather ones for my PT Cruiser. They've got this cool 50's street rod custom upholstery vibe that I'm totally into. Even though some folks said it took a while to get their orders, mine came in about 4 weeks, which was faster than I expected. The seat covers looked just like they did on the website and are super nice quality. I'm really happy with what I got and would definitely suggest this store to other people.

The seat covers I got are not what I expected. The dark blue trim doesn't go well with the turquoise stripe. I contacted the company for help and sent them pictures like they asked, but now they're not responding to my emails about returning them. I paid $170 for these seat covers, and even though they're nice quality, I'm let down by the color mix-up. I wanted to swap them for the right colors, but since they're not getting back to me, I'm not planning on doing more business with them. I've tried to get a refund with no success, so now I'm sharing my experience on social media until they address my concerns.
LED Light Taps
I bought some LED light taps from this company, thinking it would be easy to install. But it was a total mess. The taps showed up late, with no instructions like they said there would be. I had to wing it and figure out how to install them by myself, only to realize that the LED lights weren't working right. The covers didn't have the clips needed to fit my seats, and even after going back and forth with them through email for almost a year, they never sent me the missing clips. On top of that, the front seat covers didn't fit like they said they would, and they said they would either send clips or give me a refund. But now I can't contact them because their email isn't working. I'm really upset because I spent over $300 on these covers and I have nothing to show for it.

Duvet sets purchase
I recently bought four duvet covers, all in queen size, and had a really great experience with this company. One of the duvet sets I ordered was unfortunately out of stock, but the customer service team reached out to me quickly to let me know and apologize for any inconvenience. They totally blew me away by not only sending me the out-of-stock duvet in a larger size (king) but also included an extra duvet set as a nice gesture. The quality of all the duvet sets was even better than I expected; they were all super nice quality and exactly as described on the website. Plus, the delivery was crazy fast - I got my order in less than 5 days from when I placed it. Overall, I am really happy with the service and products from this company.
Floor mats purchase
I just bought some floor mats from this website and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how good they are. I saw some not-so-great feedback, but I decided to give it a shot anyway and I'm glad I did. The mats look awesome in my car and really spruced up the interior. I'll definitely be coming back to this site when I need car stuff again.
