Unreceived item
I bought something from this company, but never got what I paid for. I tried contacting them several times, but they never got back to me. It's really frustrating to not only be missing my order but also to get zero communication from them. I purchased from a well-known store, and I think they should make it right for the sellers they partner with. It's sad to see these sketchy practices happening. I might get a lawyer involved to make sure the store takes responsibility for letting their customers get scammed. If anyone else is dealing with this too and wants to team up for a potential lawsuit, shoot me an email.
Basement electrician service
I had some trouble getting in touch with this company at first, but I was really happy with how they followed up. They sent a great electrician to my house super fast to put in a 120v line in my basement and swap out a dimmer switch that wasn't working right. The electrician showed up when they said they would, did a fantastic job, and even cleaned up everything when they were done. I was really impressed by how professional and efficient they were, and I wouldn't think twice about telling others to go with this company and electrician.
Large sofa purchase
I recently bought a big sofa from this furniture store, and the whole thing was just plain frustrating. So, after I made my order, they sent me an email with tracking info for the delivery. But when I tried to use the link they gave me, it was a dead end. When I tried to reach out to customer service for help, all I got was an automated message telling me to email them and just wait around for a response. Never mind that I really needed to know when my sofa was coming. The fact that I couldn't get any help right away, and there was no clear communication just left me feeling mad and disappointed about the whole thing.
Faulty silver lamps
I bought some silver lamps from HomeSquare, but got bright gold ones instead of what was shown in the pictures. It was really disappointing to see the false advertising. When I tried to return them, they told me I had to pay for shipping and insurance, which felt like a scam. I spent weeks trying to sort it out with customer service, but didn't get anywhere. It's made me lose trust in HomeSquare as a reliable place to shop.
Color discrepancy in table
I bought a table from HomeSquare and it was a total letdown. The table I got looked nothing like the pictures or the description. I was hoping for a dark walnut color, but what I got was a super light table that didn't fit in with my decor at all. And to make things even worse, they first sent me the wrong table, then when I asked for a replacement, they sent the wrong one again.
Oak book shelves
I bought some oak bookshelves from this company not long ago, and man, it's been a total nightmare. They went and sent my order to some random address in another state, can you believe it? I've been on their case for weeks just trying to get them to own up to their mistake. And even when they finally did, they dragged their feet on fixing things until I talked about taking legal action. They said they'd refund me in 3 days, but it's been over a week now and still no refund or even a peep from them. It's driving me up the wall!
Furniture purchase
I just bought some furniture from an online store and at first, I was a bit worried because of some bad reviews. But I'm really happy I went ahead with my order because everything went so well. The package came on time and the furniture was packed really securely. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there weren't any scratches or dents on any of the pieces, especially since it was furniture. Plus, the prices were better than other websites, saving me more than $100 on the same nightstands. I'm super happy with my purchase and for sure, I'll be coming back as a customer.
TV stand purchase

Customer service experience
I was a customer at HomeSquare and I gotta say, their customer service was the worst. Trying to return an item was a nightmare because they make you pay for shipping. It just doesn't seem right, especially coming from a company that says they care about their customers. I wish they were more flexible and understanding. I was really let down by the lack of help and support I got.
Adjustable Bed Frame
I bought a bed frame from this company because they said it would come quickly, but it's been delayed until the 21st instead of the 13th. They seem like they only care about selling stuff and not about the customers. Even after I told them about my health issues and how badly I need the bed, they still didn't seem to care or tell the truth. It's really surprising and unforgivable how little they seem to care.
Assembly Nightmare
Putting together that 100-piece dresser was such a pain. No instructions made it super frustrating, and I could have sworn there were parts missing. Even after trying to get in touch with customer service, I haven't heard anything back. At least the delivery was quick, and the pieces I did get seemed pretty decent for the price.
Broken chairs
I can't believe it, but we ordered some chairs for our dining room and they arrived broken. Can you believe that? And they were so expensive too, it's insane. We tried reaching out to them about it, but they basically ignored us. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We only got one unhelpful response. So yeah, definitely avoid buying from them.
Furniture set
I bought a furniture set from that store not too long ago and I have to say, I was really let down by their customer service. I tried reaching out a bunch of times about some issues with the items, but I didn't hear anything back until after the 60-day return period had already passed. Because of that, they used their return policy as an excuse to not take the items back, even though they were still in their original boxes and hadn't even been opened. When I tried calling to talk about it, they kept telling me to only communicate through email. That kind of treatment is just not okay and it really makes me question their customer service and their promise to stand by their products.
Sectional sofa purchase
I bought a sectional sofa from HomeSquare not too long ago, and honestly, I was really disappointed. The sofa's quality was not up to par and didn't live up to the description on the website. On top of that, when I reached out to customer service to talk about my concerns, they were no help at all. It's pretty clear that they care more about making money than making customers happy, and that's not cool.
Baby Furniture Order
I'm really upset about my experience with this company. I ordered baby furniture for my soon to be here baby, and was so surprised to find out that it was actually backordered and my order was getting canceled. It's really frustrating because I'm due in two weeks and now I have to quickly find something else. Also, it's misleading and frustrating that the item is still listed as available on their website. This whole thing has been a huge letdown.
Chair purchase
I recently bought a chair from HomeSquare and was disappointed because it looked completely different in color compared to what was shown in the photos. The chair was supposed to be a darker shade but turned out to be a very light off-white color. On top of that, I found out that HomeSquare doesn't cover the shipping costs for returns, even when they mess up. The whole return process was a pain with so many rules and obstacles. I suggest looking elsewhere for furniture to avoid the same problems. Also, when I tried to post a review on their site, they didn't accept it, so I'm sharing my experience here. I wish I had checked HomeSquare's reputation before buying from them because it would have saved me money and a lot of frustration.
Chairs and Loveseat
I recently bought two chairs and a loveseat from this company and unfortunately, I discovered that one of the chairs and the loveseat were defective. Putting them together was a nightmare. Their website says they accept returns for damaged items without extra fees, but that was not the case for me. When I tried to return the items, I was given a return address but told I had to pay for the return shipping, which was almost as expensive as the items themselves. I reached out to customer service for help but received no response, even though their policy says they cover return shipping costs. Overall, a really bad experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.
7-piece dining set
I decided to ignore all the bad reviews on this site and took a leap of faith by purchasing a 7-piece dining set from this place. And you know what? My experience turned out to be pretty awesome. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, went smoothly without any problems. Homesquare was great at keeping me informed through email updates about my order and its shipping status. I did get a bit worried though when I found out that my set would come in 5 boxes instead of 7, but after contacting their customer service through email (since they don't have phone support), they quickly reassured me that all 7 pieces were indeed in those 5 boxes. The communication from the transit company and delivery service was also excellent. When the boxes arrived, they were all in perfect condition, and my husband and I had no trouble putting the dining set together. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the set, as there were no damages or missing pieces. So, to all those negative reviewers out there, maybe give Homesquare a shot before giving up on them completely. Don't let bad reviews scare you away from the possibility of having a great experience like I did. I would definitely be open to buying from them again.
Furniture set
My experience with HomeSquare was so frustrating. I ordered a furniture set and couldn't wait to get it, but their lack of communication and poor customer service really let me down. I never got any confirmation that my order shipped, and when I tried to reach out for updates, they just ignored me. It's not right for a company to take your money and then leave you hanging with no info on your purchase. I'd say steer clear of HomeSquare if you want a smooth shopping experience.
Colorful bean bag chair
I was so pumped to order this really awesome bean bag chair in this cool color for my room. But you know what happened? They told me it was out of stock and I wouldn't be able to get it for a long time. It was a total bummer! All I wanted was to have my bean bag chair in my room to relax on. I was really let down that I had to wait so long for it to possibly come back in stock. It was so frustrating.
