Tried it skeptical, then sold.
Low expectations, pleasant surprise
Started doubtful, ended actually pleased
Short sigh of relief
When driver actually helped, I relaxed.
Doorstep awkwardness
Got groceries for dinner, rider demanded extra cash at door though prepaid — support unhelpful.
Phone still missing
Ordered a phone, tracking vanished — day 16 now, still no proof, no word from support, I'd warn others though
Rocky pickup, decent hands
Too tired to lift boxes, I used them; pickup was inconsistent, drivers helpful, sloppy.
Long wait, meh
Not worth it — still waiting after months; promised 4-6 weeks turned into about four months, no box arrived, honestly really annoying.
Box got beat up, lamp okay
I was half expecting the worst — moving day, fragile lamp, previous courier ruined stuff — but when I opened the mangled box and the lamp was fine, I relaxed. Bit messy, but it still works.
Package surprise gone wrong
Opened the first box last week and felt my stomach drop — two of four boxes were unsealed and the kid's Rolex was gone. I was nervous about that courier beforehand; my doubts weren't wrong. Tracking looked fine at first. Sent them as family presents, now embarrassed and sad.
Sketchy texts after missing item
At first I thought it was just bad luck — then the scam text showed up, a fake 'LBC' link and my tracking still says missing. I’m still waiting on last year’s refund, so yeah, I’m suspicious. Felt exposed since my number popped up. Use caution, check URLs, and ask for proof before you click. Wish they handled refunds faster.
Long wait, okay stuff
I finally got the box after almost three weeks — ugh, the wait. Customer support kept passing me around, emails back and forth, no real answers. When it arrived the stuff felt solid, not fancy but does the job. Next time I'd try a different seller.
Nearly gave up
shipped Friday, reached the local depot Monday but not out for delivery. I almost didn't order — had bad runs with other companies — but I called support, they actually found it, courier showed up late and the passport with visa was okay. Annoying, but relieved.
Fast, kind of relieved
I was nervous at first — shipping boxes across provinces for a move and meds for family — but after about 8 years and 20+ LBC shipments, most things showed up. The recent one to Tagum was quick and the tracking kept me from worrying. Service could be smoother sometimes, but yeah, glad I went with them.
Blueprint patience
I wasn't sure I should use LBC—my friend had recommended them and I'd even seen their Santa Rita, Bulacan counter—so I sent my architect's blueprints and braced for trouble. Couriers were kinda lazy, honestly; I called customer service a bunch and nagged them until the package finally arrived. In the end, happy it showed up, but man, still such a hassle.
Phone number mess, but it arrived
Funny thing — I almost walked out the door when I noticed the address screen let me type a 10‑digit phone and the app didn't flag it (so, my bad). Delivery to Iloilo failed because they couldn't reach me; rider couldn't get an extra contact from sender, and support's email replies were... slow and vague. I'd used other couriers that at least warn you if a number's incomplete, so that was annoying. Still, after some back-and-forth it showed up, so I'm kind of relieved and a bit thankful it finally got here.
Tracking finally updated
I was starting to think the tracking was a joke — stuck on "en route" with that generic "expect update in 2–5 days" for weeks. I called their 24/7 line more than once and mostly heard the same canned reply, so I was pretty fed up. The turning point was when one rep actually looked into the hub and pushed through a real update; that tiny human effort is when I felt satisfied. Box showed up late but in good shape. Had worse runs with other companies, so not perfect but better than I expected.
The awkward relief
Halfway through week three I was making mental eulogies for my parcel — then the doorbell rang. I’d first heard about LBC from a coworker who swore their stuff always showed up "fast," so I trusted the air option and paid extra. Tracking had frozen in Cabanatuan for ages and my inbox was full of polite radio silence, so that knock felt almost unreal. The driver looked as uncomfortable as I felt, apologized like twice, handed me a dent-free box and I actually laughed out loud — equal parts relieved and annoyed. That exact second, when I saw everything intact, I stopped panicking and started telling myself it was fine, oddly satisfied despite the wait. I still think their updates and service need work, but hey — package arrived. I told the coworker; they shrugged and said "typical," which somehow made it funnier.
Mostly solid with a few hiccups
I first heard about this shipper when my wife mentioned a cheaper way to move boxes from Sydney to Lucena; I ended up helping with the booking and dropping the crates off. Using their system felt straightforward and honestly kind of fast — labels printed, drop-off done in one afternoon. About 31 of the 32 large boxes turned up in Lucena in decent shape, which was a relief, though a couple had smashed items inside from rough handling. One box, annoyingly, is still sitting at the Sydney depot months later and getting straight answers was a pain; every time we asked the local team they bounced us back to someone in Sydney. Customer service can be inconsistent, and yes, that was frustrating. Still, for the price and the speed most of my stuff arrived fine, so I’d use them again but only after triple-checking tracking and having a local contact ready.
When it finally went right
I’ll be honest — opening those two boxes was a roller coaster. At first I panicked (gifts for my aunt, a toy car for my nephew, and a bag of Costco chocolates I was saving for a lazy Sunday) because a lot of stuff looked like it had been rifled through. But the moment I knew I was actually satisfied came after the dust settled and someone actually listened. I called customer support, half expecting more shrugging, and got a real human who didn’t dodge the issue. They agreed to investigate, then offered a replacement for the missing dress and a refund for the chocolate bag — and, weirdly nice surprise, the seller popped a small apology note and a little extra pouch into the replacement box. That tiny handwritten thing made a bigger difference than I thought; it felt like someone cared. The toy car turned out to have slipped into another compartment during packing (odd, but fixed), so my nephew didn’t end up with just a remote. All in all, it didn’t go perfectly smooth — there were tense minutes — but the quick follow-through and that unexpected personal touch turned frustration into relief. Now the gifts are ready, the chocolates are on the counter for a weekend treat, and I actually smiled about the whole mess later. Would I use them again? Probably, with a bit more patience and double-checking. But yeah — the turning point was when they made it right, not when they shrugged it off. That made all the difference.
Thirteen boxes, months of waiting
“being forwarded to the concerned department.” That’s been their answer for months. I’ve spoken to several different staff. Copy-paste replies. No accountability. No real update. No compensation. No proper apology. Just delays and more delays.
I had to rent an apartment in Manila for ₱16,000/month to receive and watch the boxes. That was an extra cost I didn’t expect. It felt like I was paying to chase my own belongings.
I raised the case with the DTI and I’m prepared to take other actions if needed. I’m not dramatic about this, but I am frustrated. It started with doubt before I shipped — and those doubts mostly turned out to be valid. If the company fixes this, fine. For now I’d advise caution.
