    Crib converter rails

    I ordered the crib converter rails to turn my son crib into a full bed off of walmart.com which sends you over to homesquare site. They sent me the wrong color, it clearly says on the box who the bed was for. I've sent pictures and the item number to them. I ordered blue rails they sent me platinum color rails. I have been trying to get my money back or the correct item for over a week now!!

The product never came when promised handymen showed up to install; they tried to charge me even though I forwarded the email that home square couldn't possibly make the delivery date they promised; the third date they missed no longer want the product and would never purchase anything from them again Promised a refund never happened now disputing with charge card next I will sign a complaint in my home county. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

    Coffee Table

    I ordered a coffee table from HomeSquare and after three weeks of waiting, it was never shipped. My credit card was charged within 2 days of purchasing the item and I was immediately provided a tracking number, but after two weeks of no updates by the freight shipping company or their online tracking system, I called and found out that the freight shipping company had neither received any shipping information nor the table itself to be able to ship it to me. After a week of delays back and forth on the phone with HomeSquare (turns out you have to go through their Sales department to ask for Customer Service to be able to talk to a live person, because they ignored my email to their Customer Service support), I finally just cancelled the order and ordered the table through a different seller. Simply put, DO NOT ORDER FROM HOMESQUARE. They advertised the product as being "In Stock," but are unable to deliver the item. They will run you in circles claiming to be trying to reach the manufacturer, asking for 24-48 hours of time each time, but after a week, I got fed up. AVOID HOMESQUARE / CYMAX AT ALL COSTS.

    I ordered a table that arrived with a damaged corner. They promptly offered to pick it up but I ask for compensation to have it repaired. Within 24 hours I had my price adjustment. It’s great to have a company that values their customers and stands behind their merchandise.

    Outdoor Furniture

    Company can not deliver on what they promise on their website when it comes to delivery. Ordered outdoor furniture on 6/13 and had to follow up with them via email to see status (no customer support hotline) even though it said product shipped. On 6/23, notified that furniture is not available from manufacturer. Beware of their false promises on fast shipping.

    I ordered a black Curio cabinet that was supposed to be delivered on February 21st..The cabinet never came and now I can't seem to get in touch with them about it..Never Never ever order anything from them.I will be contacting the BBB.

    I found a perfect king bed on their site so I ordered it.

    After several days I wanted to get a delivery estimate only to find out that one wasn't available for my order. I tried calling several times but there is no apparent way to speak to a human on the phone.

    It turns out that the manufacturer had discontinued this item but they couldn't be bothered to tell me this, even after going through their customer support procedure of sending an email and hoping someone responds. I was able to cancel my order, but the charge went from 'pending' to 'current' - they charged my credit card the full amount when I cancelled the order. Their literature says 7-10 days to get a refund. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company, hopefully this can be accelerated.

    Desk and file cabinet

    Have not been able to get in touch with anyone about my order, keep getting the run-around. Not sure if this is a scam or not. Getting ready to inquire with Better Business Bureau to get some assistance. My initial excitement went immediately to concern; feeling like I've just given scammers my information. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from here again. Should have realized they couldn't beat Amazon. If I ever do receive the product I'm not sure it will even be good.

    ordered headboard waited 3 1/2 weeks check on it at 2 weeks said it was out of stock ,so I ordered somewhere else ,and then they sent it to me and they wont take it back

    I ordered 2 sofas the next day my money was returned and I was contacted by homesquare that they did not have the item no longer in stock and wouldn’t for over a month. A week later they charged my account and shipped the order without telling me it was available and if I still wanted them. ( I already purchased new sofas in that time). I have tried many times and can not get a hold of anyone. I refused shipping bc I was called by the shipping company. I would like my money back. This is absolutely a horrible way to run a business.
