Smooth reservation with unexpected charges
I was in the middle of booking my trip and everything was going smoothly until I noticed a bunch of unexpected extra charges at the bottom of the booking page. It was like a total surprise! They were asking for an extra $125, and I was not having it. I immediately called the customer service number, and luckily the person who answered knew exactly how to fix the issue. They got rid of those charges super quickly! Crisis avoided, thank goodness. Crisis. Avoided. ?

Affordable book
I just bought a really cheap book from this site, and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it got to me and all the notifications I got along the way. The book I got was "A Thousand Splendid Suns" by Khaled Hosseini, and man, it's really got me hooked. The way it shows the kindness between different genders and generations in a patriarchal society is just amazing, and you can really feel the author's compassion for women shining through.

Sightseeing pass purchase
I have to say, I was really disappointed with that sightseeing pass. The buses were always so crowded, making me wait forever for the next one. Plus, when it rained, there was no cover and the seats were all wet with no way to dry them off. Some buses had interesting commentary, but others were seriously lacking. And it was so annoying not to be told about the live documentary channel while stuck downstairs. Compared to the buses in Paris and Rome, the service in London was a big disappointment.

Encouraging presentation
The presentation was so inspiring and informative. Emos really gave some helpful tips on how to deal with accents, and the personal stories that were shared were really motivating. I also picked up some great advice on how to improve my CV using the Europass template, and found out about new places to apply to after the webinar. Learning about qualifications like Trinity Level 7, DELTA, and CELTA/Level 5 was really interesting and gave me a new perspective.

furniture for my family's living room
I wish I had checked out the reviews before I bought furniture from this place. I tried going with a different store thinking it would be better, but man was I mistaken. They just kept pushing back my delivery date and only came through when I told them I'd write a bad review. And to top it off, they ended up canceling my order completely! Now my whole family has to wait another month without any furniture. It's been a total nightmare!

I ordered a tablet on 06/06/2021 and I was really looking forward to getting it. But when I checked on the status, it hadn't even been packed yet, even though the website said it was in stock. I reached out to the seller, and they told me that shipping from China was delayed because of COVID-19. I get it, things are tough right now. But they should have been upfront about that on the website. Customers deserve to know what's going on. Transparency is important.
