Non-received order
This is ridiculous! I ordered something and it never showed up. I've emailed them so many times. First, they said to just wait, and now they're saying I need a TIN-ID for customs. It's all a bunch of nonsense! Such a waste of money, don't even bother buying from them! I bet they're loving my money right now... so frustrating! ?
Christmas present order
I ordered a Christmas present back in early November, with hopes of it arriving within 10-12 days. Sadly, it was only sent out on December 19th, and now I'm looking at a delivery window of December 29th to 31st. The delay really bums me out, and I'm feeling pretty frustrated with the whole situation. I tried reaching out a few times for updates, but the communication was lacking, which just added to my disappointment.
Foam quilling kit
I got this foam quilling kit, but it seriously took forever to arrive. And when it finally came, the quality was super disappointing. Some of the lines were punched way too hard, so the foam just fell apart. It was impossible to finish my project! Plus, the kit didn't even come with glue. I had to go out and buy that myself. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare too. I ended up tossing the kit in the end because it was just unusable. Total waste of money!
