I spent $15 on something and got really let down by the customer service I got. There was a mix-up with my address, and when I tried to fix it, the person I talked to was super rude and wouldn't give me my money back. Even though my package was at the post office waiting for me to pick it up, they wouldn't do anything to make it right. It's obvious that this company cares more about making money than keeping their customers happy. I had heard good things about them before, but it seems like that's only if everything goes perfectly.

I was pretty happy with what I bought from this site at first. The things I got were nice and ordering them was a breeze. But then things took a turn when my stuff showed up in the US. The folks at LaserShip messed up and tossed my package in the trash after only three days. That really bugged me and made me wonder if I should shop from this site again.
