I needed the pass because my lower back flares up and lugging suitcases across town was a no-go. Delivery of the tickets was super quick, and customer support answered when I asked about seating — was a pleasant surprise. Buses were crowded and some had no covers when it rained, and commentary varied, but overall the support made the trip less stressful, I’m glad I bought it.
Mixed bag — useful but messy
I’m glad we had it for some bits, but it caused more stress than it should have. I first spotted the pass on a travel blog and my cousin actually tipped me to try it, so I went in pretty optimistic. Then reality: turned out some attractions won’t let you in unless you’ve been in Dublin for 14 days (we had no idea), and a lot of places were only open Fri–Mon — info that wasn’t obvious on the site. We used it once at a museum and that activated the pass, which felt like it left us stuck for the rest of the trip. Customer care was meh, buses and access were hit-or-miss, and I had to chase refunds. Still, a few sites were legit and saved time, so not a total loss. If you buy one, check the fine print, check local rules, and don’t activate until you’re sure — get the refund window if you need it. Bit sketchy, but usable if you’re cautious.
The refund email that ruined a slow Tuesday
attractions closed, limits everywhere. So I requested a refund and waited. A few days later I get a short, sharp email from their parent company telling me to forget it. No extension, no refund. Basically: tough luck, travel during a pandemic if you want what you paid for. I kept re-reading it, because you don’t expect a company to be that blunt, that... dismissive. That email is the detail that sticks — not the delay, not the swap, but the tone. It turned a shrug into real disappointment. I get business decisions, but the way they handled it felt like being brushed off. If you see their passes on a blog or hear them recommended, take a breath and ask about refunds first. I wish I had.
Dublin sightseeing pass
The Dublin sightseeing pass is a great deal for checking out the city. It's a convenient and money-saving way to see all the top attractions. I did have some trouble reaching customer service by email and phone, but overall, I had a good experience. I definitely suggest this pass to anyone who's planning a trip to Dublin.
Dublin pass purchase
The Dublin pass seriously saved my trip to Dublin. It was such a relief not having to stress about buying separate tickets for all the attractions. It saved me a ton of time and money, giving me the chance to really experience everything the city has to offer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about visiting Dublin.
Mobile app purchase
As a customer who bought and used the mobile app, I just want to say I really liked it. It was so handy to have everything right on my phone without needing to use up plastic or paper. The app had a lot of helpful info that was easy to navigate. Even though there was a small difference between the app and the paper guide, it didn't bother me at all. I definitely suggest using the mobile app because it's easy and helps the environment by reducing plastic and paper use compared to the regular card and booklet.
3-day Dublin Pass purchase
My time with the 3-day Dublin Pass was awesome! It saved me a bunch of money while I was in Dublin. I got to check out cool stuff like the Guinness tour, Teelings distillery, the hop on and off bus, and Dublin zoo. The pass made it super easy to get into these places, saved me time and stress. The app was easy to use and really handy, making everything run smoothly. Overall, I totally suggest the Dublin Pass for anyone wanting to see Dublin without spending too much.
First time purchase of a 5-day pass for Dublin visit
My partner and I were first-timers in Dublin, and we decided to get a 5-day pass for our 4-day trip. It was totally worth it - we managed to check out all the city's attractions and had a blast on our first visit.
Quick and easy purchase
The ordering process was really easy, we were able to get the most out of the pass with all the free visits included. A few places just had the basic entry, but we could always upgrade if we wanted, so that helped us figure out our itinerary.
Budget-friendly Dublin sightseeing pass
This pass really made a difference for my solo trip to Dublin. It let me explore a lot of the city without spending too much money. The hop on/off bus was super handy and helped me get a feel for where everything was. And all the attractions on the pass were totally worth seeing. I ended up saving a bunch of money by using it.
Made a big oopsie
So, I purchased these passes and then everything went crazy with the pandemic, now I can't even use them. I attempted to get a refund, but they were like, "Nope, just travel anyway, we don't care about your safety." UGH, it's so frustrating! All I want is my money back so I can buy some video games or something enjoyable. But no, they're being so unkind. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, they're the worst!
Long weekend passes
My buddy and I scored these passes for a weekend getaway. They were a breeze to use, but we ended up hitting more spots than we intended just to really make the most of them. Plus, we didn't know that once we started using the pass, we had to stick to using it for all the days in a row. So, we had to pack all our adventures into just two days. It was a little crazy but totally worth it in the end!
City sightseeing pass
I just got a city sightseeing pass for Dublin and it was awesome. It helped me move around the city so smoothly and avoid waiting in those crazy lines at places like the Guinness factory. I totally suggest this pass to anyone going to Dublin, even if you've been there before. It's the perfect way to check out all the touristy places without any stress. I'm definitely using this pass again next time I'm in Dublin.
5-day pass, mobile app
I got the 5-day pass and it was great! I used it on my phone and it was really helpful. It gave me ideas on what to do and where to go. The app had tons of details on each activity and some extra info that came in handy. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends, but just make sure you plan your day well so you can do as much as possible and make the most of your money.
Dublin Pass
I recently used the Dublin Pass on a trip with my friends and I have to say, it was totally worth it. We got to visit cool spots like the Guinness Storehouse and Jameson Distillery, which were definitely the highlights of our trip. But what really blew us away was discovering some hidden gems that we never even thought about before. The pass not only saved us some cash, but it also gave us the chance to try new things that made our trip extra special. All in all, I was really happy with what the Dublin Pass had to offer.
Good value
Even though we got a good deal on the pass, it's important to remember that some attractions have specific time slots. This might make it harder for us to make the most of our pass.
Sightseeing pass
I got this sightseeing pass for Dublin and it was amazing! My family and I saw so many attractions and it was really fun. If you're new to the city, this pass is awesome. It made everything so much easier for us and we had a great time!
Dublin Pass in low season
Our experience with the Dublin Pass in December was really good. It worked well, letting us see lots of attractions without waiting in line for a long time. But, we realized that to get the most out of it, we needed to plan carefully, especially in the winter when places are open for shorter hours.
One day Dublin pass
I just got the one day Dublin pass and man, it was awesome. I'd totally suggest it to anyone who's all about seizing the day and wants to see as much as possible in a day. I found that getting an early start and keeping track of how long I stayed at each spot really helped me get the most out of the pass. I got to check out places I probably wouldn't have seen otherwise, and it was so cool. All in all, I had a blast and definitely think others should give the pass a shot.
Dublin attractions pass
My time using the Dublin attractions pass was pretty good overall. I got a 3-day pass and managed to check out a bunch of cool places while I was in Dublin. It was super handy being able to skip the lines at popular attractions with the pass - saved me a bunch of time. However, I did run into some trouble with some of the hop on-off bus companies not accepting the pass. The app could definitely be better when it comes to finding your way around and getting clear info. Even with those small hiccups, I still think the pass is totally worth the price and a good choice for anyone who wants to see lots of stuff in Dublin.
