I really appreciated having the drop-off inside, it made things super quick and easy, which was great. But when I came back, I was bummed to see my car parked outside instead of in the covered area. It wasn't what I was hoping for after a tiring trip. And when I got in my car, I noticed that my seat settings had been changed. I think that's a simple thing that all employees should make sure to get right, so I wasn't too happy about that.

Don't bother checking out other sites, this one was super easy to use. I reserved my parking spot quickly and everything was just like they said it would be. From the second I parked my car to when I got to and from the airport, it was smooth sailing. I'll definitely use this service for all my upcoming trips.

I parked my truck at Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel using the website's services. When I got back, I found out that someone had taken around 90 gallons of diesel from my auxiliary tank and some tools from under the back seat. It was really disappointing because I've used the website for parking before and had a good experience. I suggest not parking at this hotel because they don't have good security measures in place.

Cash-only payment required, unclear explanation
When I got to the parking lot, I was kinda thrown off when they said I had to pay the balance in cash. It would've been nice to know that before I got there. Luckily, I had enough cash on me, but not everyone does these days. It would've also helped to have clearer directions to the parking lot to avoid any mix-ups.

I made reservations easily a few days before my trip. They gave me precise parking directions and I just scanned the QR code for entrance and exit. The shuttle service to and from the airport was super quick. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend it.
