Concert tickets
Ordered tickets on 5/11/23 for a concert on 7/11/23. Never received the tickets. Customer service phone ... is a voicemail that doesn’t say it is Eventseeker. Sent emails with no response. Do not order tickets from this site.
Game tickets
I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong day and they would not help. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to go and now can’t go to the game we meant to buy. A little disappointed there are no room for mistakes.
Eventseeker: A Solid, but Unremarkable Event Planning Platform
I had a really great experience with Eventseeker. They made it super easy to find events and purchase tickets all in one place. The website was user-friendly and the selection of events was impressive.
I was able to find tickets for a concert that I had been wanting to see for a while, and at a price that was much lower than other ticket vendors. The checkout process was simple and the tickets arrived in my email inbox within a few minutes.
One thing I particularly appreciated was the option to purchase tickets with a payment plan. This made it much more affordable for me to attend the event, as I was able to spread out the cost over a few months.
