Saw it on Reddit, skeptical, doubts gone—grateful.
Small morning win
Was skeptical, I mean really, but during morning emails it clicked.
Quick fix, kind folks
Totally sorted fast, their support fixed it same day; I found them from a friend's tip, really relieved.
Unexpected quick callback
Called late evening last week. They actually called back fast, answered everything clearly — even a tiny extra tip, surprise.
Finally got it sorted
Thought I'd never get my $600 back, called and called; then refund appeared — skeptical at first, actually relieved, really.
Happy I risked it
Almost didn't order, I was worried it would be cheesy, but the design nailed it and customer help fixed a tweak. Glad I went for it.
Found them on Instagram
I actually spotted them on Instagram and told my sister to try them — sad my shop shut down, but their customer service was great and they handled my refund without fuss. I’d use them again if I reopen, honestly.
Had doubts, turned out okay
I wasn't sure at first. Needed a logo after a bad designer run, so I hesitated. The site guides you step by step. Plenty of options, fun to tweak. Not perfect, but it works.
Midnight fix
Halfway through my freak-out about paperwork, I clicked order — had doubts, felt like other companies overpromised. Turns out they nailed LLC, EIN, logo, plan — smooth, kinda impressive and fast
Billed after I canceled
I signed up because a coworker tipped me, and at first it seemed okay. I canceled in Nov 2024 and switched off auto-renew, but they still charged my debit card for months I didn’t use. Customer support only offered a 50% refund — felt low and annoying, honestly.
Support that actually helps
I almost didn't buy — had been burned by other DIY site tools and figured this would be another headache. I needed a quick site for my small moving business and had a tight deadline, so I was nervous. Turns out the support team stayed on chat while I wrestled with DNS, sent screenshots, fixed a weird mobile layout tweak, and even checked back later. That level of hands-on help was a pleasant surprise, and the price was fair.
Dry run, not a smooth ride
I went in thinking setting up an LLC would be a boring formality, but this one felt clunky — surprise fees popped up at checkout, which is annoying. Support is basically a bot, so there wasn’t anyone to talk strategy with; for legal choices that matters. Other firms I used were clearer and sometimes cheaper, so that stood out. On the plus side it did get filed and I’m relieved it worked, even though I ended up filing amendments afterward.
Mid-move surprise
automated chats that promise to connect me to a person and drop, bounced emails, no clear charge explanation. I just want to know what I was billed for and get a refund if it's wrong. Frustrating, but delivery was solid.
Slick site, sneaky fees
I thought their site looked sharp, so I jumped in, but that's where it started to fall apart. The plan sounded all-inclusive; turns out a lot of useful stuff is add‑on and costs extra, which I didn't expect. That one surprise — the hidden upsells — is what annoys me most. I asked for a refund and for support to sort it out, but replies are slow or absent. Had better luck with other services that were upfront. I'm stuck waiting, honestly, and not thrilled about it.
Nearly ripped off, then actually helped
At first I thought they'd pulled a fast one — I noticed a charge for a plan I never meant to sign up for and yeah, that felt shady. But after a string of emails I called customer support and, surprisingly, the rep was helpful, walked me through the account, refunded the extra charge and canceled the recurring fee. Delivery of the order itself was fine, arrived on time and what I got matched the listing. So I'm still wary (watch your settings), but the people on the other end actually fixed it, which is refreshing, for once.
Billing after dissolution
they billed for a service that logically shouldn't exist anymore. Annoying and disappointing.
Mailbox paused, support made the difference
expect solid service if you press for it, but don’t expect instant delivery. Overall I’m leaning toward satisfied — the support earns trust even though the delivery lagged. I’ll continue using the platform but hope delivery gets faster.
Good logo, watch the billing
Right in the middle of a hectic rebrand I remembered a buddy mentioned Tailor Brands, so I made a logo there back in 2022 and mostly forgot about the account. The editor felt kinda fun — drag stuff around, tweak the color, drop it on a mockup, and it actually looked professional on my site and business cards; I still pull that file when I need it. Fast forward a few years and I got hit with an auto-renew charge for a year I wasn't using. Support at first said no refunds, which was annoying, but after pushing they offered a 50% refund or a downgrade with credit. Not perfect, but the design holds up and I’m glad it turned out well. Would I recommend it? Yes, but watch your auto-renew.
Unexpectedly useful, with some bumps
I liked parts of this service, even though getting there was a bit of a headache. I needed help because I was setting up an LLC for a little side business after a move, and I wanted someone else to handle the filing so I wouldn't mess up my taxes. Made sense, right? Turns out it mostly did what I wanted, but not without hiccups. The virtual address worked better than I expected — that was a pleasant surprise. Mail started arriving and it’s been a relief.
But the support side was rough. I called and emailed a few times and mostly hit an automated loop. That’s frustrating when you’re dealing with fees and legal names. At one point I was billed one amount, then another for the same package. I asked why and got the generic “we can’t answer that here” message. Not great. Also, some LLC details seemed filled out wrong based on what the prompts led me to do, and that made me worry about taxes. When I asked how to fix it, I was told I’d need to pay extra state amendment fees — which felt like a surprise charge. I did manage to get a live rep eventually, and that conversation helped clear up some stuff, so props for that. Still, I was disconnected once during escalation, which made me sigh.
Overall: good value in the address and the ease of filing features. Support needs to be more accessible and transparent about charges. If you’re short on time and okay with a little back-and-forth, this will probably save you time. If you need hand-holding the whole way, be prepared to push for a real person. I’ll keep using the address at least.LLC formation assistance
Jessica really saved the day when it came to setting up my LLC. She was super helpful through the whole process, making sure to answer all my questions and really listen to what I had to say. I couldn't be more thankful for her knowledge and hard work.
