upload info, confirm, pay the fee. It worked quickly and the PDF looked professional, and that’s where the confusion starts. The price is exactly what the municipal filing would cost, so I assumed they were submitting the form on my behalf. They weren’t. I expected at least clear wording or a chance to cancel past checkout; the 48-hour no-refund rule felt strict and odd. It helped me see what to file and saved time formatting, but it didn’t do the heavy lifting I thought I was buying. I’d warn other new owners to read the fine print.
Not worth the wait
I wouldn’t use them again. I needed this LLC fast because I was transferring a rental into an LLC (long story, landlord headaches, taxes and back pain), and I figured it’d be routine — fourth LLC for me, so I know the drill. But this time was a mess. They took over three weeks to actually form the LLC, which is slow compared to my past runs with ZenBusiness and LegalZoom that usually wrap in a week or two. The worst part was the silence. No heads-up about errors, no calls, no texts — just a form suddenly sitting on my dashboard and me wondering what happened. Turns out they bungled the EIN process even though I paid extra for expedited service, and they didn’t tell me anything until I chased them down. So now I’m filling an SS-4 myself (something I’ve never had to do before) and waiting another few weeks for the EIN. Annoying, and it added stress right when I needed clarity. There were small communications here and there but nothing consistent — like they were operating on autopilot. I did appreciate that the final documents eventually showed up correct, but overall it felt like I was babysitting the process, not them. If you’re comfortable monitoring every step and ready to redo forms yourself, maybe fine. If you want someone who proactively handles hiccups and actually communicates, go elsewhere. I’m human about this — a little frustrated, a little amused that the “expedited” fee did not expedite. Lesson learned: don’t assume all formation services are the same.
Sorta practical
Needed for back. Delivery prompt.
Took a chance
Saw it on Reddit, skeptical, doubts gone—grateful.
Small morning win
Was skeptical, I mean really, but during morning emails it clicked.
Quick fix, kind folks
Totally sorted fast, their support fixed it same day; I found them from a friend's tip, really relieved.
Unexpected quick callback
Called late evening last week. They actually called back fast, answered everything clearly — even a tiny extra tip, surprise.
Finally got it sorted
Thought I'd never get my $600 back, called and called; then refund appeared — skeptical at first, actually relieved, really.
Happy I risked it
Almost didn't order, I was worried it would be cheesy, but the design nailed it and customer help fixed a tweak. Glad I went for it.
Found them on Instagram
I actually spotted them on Instagram and told my sister to try them — sad my shop shut down, but their customer service was great and they handled my refund without fuss. I’d use them again if I reopen, honestly.
Had doubts, turned out okay
I wasn't sure at first. Needed a logo after a bad designer run, so I hesitated. The site guides you step by step. Plenty of options, fun to tweak. Not perfect, but it works.
Midnight fix
Halfway through my freak-out about paperwork, I clicked order — had doubts, felt like other companies overpromised. Turns out they nailed LLC, EIN, logo, plan — smooth, kinda impressive and fast
Billed after I canceled
I signed up because a coworker tipped me, and at first it seemed okay. I canceled in Nov 2024 and switched off auto-renew, but they still charged my debit card for months I didn’t use. Customer support only offered a 50% refund — felt low and annoying, honestly.
Support that actually helps
I almost didn't buy — had been burned by other DIY site tools and figured this would be another headache. I needed a quick site for my small moving business and had a tight deadline, so I was nervous. Turns out the support team stayed on chat while I wrestled with DNS, sent screenshots, fixed a weird mobile layout tweak, and even checked back later. That level of hands-on help was a pleasant surprise, and the price was fair.
Dry run, not a smooth ride
I went in thinking setting up an LLC would be a boring formality, but this one felt clunky — surprise fees popped up at checkout, which is annoying. Support is basically a bot, so there wasn’t anyone to talk strategy with; for legal choices that matters. Other firms I used were clearer and sometimes cheaper, so that stood out. On the plus side it did get filed and I’m relieved it worked, even though I ended up filing amendments afterward.
Mid-move surprise
automated chats that promise to connect me to a person and drop, bounced emails, no clear charge explanation. I just want to know what I was billed for and get a refund if it's wrong. Frustrating, but delivery was solid.
Slick site, sneaky fees
I thought their site looked sharp, so I jumped in, but that's where it started to fall apart. The plan sounded all-inclusive; turns out a lot of useful stuff is add‑on and costs extra, which I didn't expect. That one surprise — the hidden upsells — is what annoys me most. I asked for a refund and for support to sort it out, but replies are slow or absent. Had better luck with other services that were upfront. I'm stuck waiting, honestly, and not thrilled about it.
Nearly ripped off, then actually helped
At first I thought they'd pulled a fast one — I noticed a charge for a plan I never meant to sign up for and yeah, that felt shady. But after a string of emails I called customer support and, surprisingly, the rep was helpful, walked me through the account, refunded the extra charge and canceled the recurring fee. Delivery of the order itself was fine, arrived on time and what I got matched the listing. So I'm still wary (watch your settings), but the people on the other end actually fixed it, which is refreshing, for once.
Billing after dissolution
they billed for a service that logically shouldn't exist anymore. Annoying and disappointing.
Mailbox paused, support made the difference
expect solid service if you press for it, but don’t expect instant delivery. Overall I’m leaning toward satisfied — the support earns trust even though the delivery lagged. I’ll continue using the platform but hope delivery gets faster.
