I gotta say, my recent run-in with the customer service team was pretty disappointing. Had to keep hittin' 'em up 'bout the same problem over and over, and it seemed like they were startin' from zero each time. The folks workin' there weren't all that helpful and didn't really seem to know what was goin' on. Talkin' 'bout my issue again and again without feelin' like they were listenin' or gettin' it was gettin' me real frustrated. In the end, just felt like my time was wasted and my problem wasn't fixed like I wanted.

My experience with Tailor Brands has been a bit up and down with their customer service, but today was definitely a good one. There have been a few times in the past where the reps didn't quite understand what I was looking for, which made things frustrating. But today, Macy really came through for me. She handled my issue quickly and effectively, and I was able to get it resolved without any hassle.

I recently got a logo from this place and the process was so easy. They explained everything really well! The guy who assisted me, we'll call him Bob, really knew what he was doing and was super patient with me.

LLC registration and EIN assistance
I reached out to the company for help with getting an EIN for my LLC, but it ended up being a bit of a mess. They initially said they could assist me, but in the end, I didn't actually get the EIN. They did refund me for that part of the service, but I was left with an LLC that I couldn't really use without the EIN.

I just bought the Gold plan from this company and let me tell you, Rachelle was awesome. She was super helpful, patient, and really made an effort to try and fix my problems, even though they didn't get completely sorted out. I really value the time and energy she put into helping me, especially since I've had some pretty terrible customer service experiences in the past.

Well ,it not great but very much appreciable for many supportive ideas.Logo making is very common work even thousands of free software's gives free hands to learn ,of course can't used for any business purpose due to watermark problems but available for practicing.
