Logo design assistance
I decided to hit up the company for some help after I just wasn't feeling the logo I made by myself. Martin F. was the one who helped me out, and man oh man, I was really happy with the help he gave. He took the time to walk me through everything and even gave me some great tips to make my logo look even better. I really appreciate the awesome customer service and professionalism that Martin showed. Big shout out to you, Martin, for going above and beyond to help out customers like me.
LLC registration and EIN assistance
I reached out to the company for help with getting an EIN for my LLC, but it ended up being a bit of a mess. They initially said they could assist me, but in the end, I didn't actually get the EIN. They did refund me for that part of the service, but I was left with an LLC that I couldn't really use without the EIN.
Logo design purchase
The customer support team at this company is really awesome. They helped me out with everything I needed for my logo design purchase and even gave me a nice discount. The customer support rep took the time to walk me through all the steps, making sure I understood everything and was happy with my purchase.
Gold plan purchase
I just bought the Gold plan from this company and let me tell you, Rachelle was awesome. She was super helpful, patient, and really made an effort to try and fix my problems, even though they didn't get completely sorted out. I really value the time and energy she put into helping me, especially since I've had some pretty terrible customer service experiences in the past.

Well ,it not great but very much appreciable for many supportive ideas.Logo making is very common work even thousands of free software's gives free hands to learn ,of course can't used for any business purpose due to watermark problems but available for practicing.
