Durable leggings
I'm super impressed with these leggings I got. I've been wearing them all the time for three years now, and they still look brand new. The material is so durable, it even survived a fall off my bike without a scratch. I really think if I was wearing any other leggings, they would have ripped and I would have gotten hurt. These leggings have totally surpassed my expectations in terms of quality and how well they hold up.

Poor quality products
I got these ties recently and man, they were just awful. Out of the five I got, two were messed up and I couldn't even wear them. The third one was so cheaply made, I couldn't believe it. When I tried to return them and talked to customer service, they said I had to pay to ship them back, no way. I don't think anyone should buy from this company, their stuff is junk and the customer service is no help at all.

Made my order on December 6th - golf apparel. 2 weeks passed - nothing. I contacted Customer Service - told me they would check into the delay. Christmas came and went - still no answer from TGW on my inquiry. I wrote a summary of what happened, and tried to post a critical review on their website - they informed me they would not post my review. 2 weeks later - still nothing / no response, no answers - nothing. Im convinced if I didnt pursue the matter, the order would disappear and be forgotten - they were quick to accept payment for the article however.

Cancellation of loveseat recliner
I had to cancel my order for a loveseat recliner because my husband got hospitalized all of a sudden. The customer service at this store was just amazing - they took care of my cancellation right away and even gave me a discount to keep the loveseat since it had already been sent. I was so touched by their kindness and support during such a tough time.
