Refrigerator purchase
I just bought a fridge from this company and I have to say, the whole process went super smoothly. Their website was really easy to use, customer service was great, and the prices were good. The delivery was right on time and the fridge showed up in perfect shape. I'm really happy with my purchase and the overall experience with this company.
Large stove purchase
I wanted to share my recent experience as a customer of AJ Madison. I was pretty disappointed with the service I received. I bought a big stove, and the salesperson told me it would come fully assembled. But when it showed up, it was in a huge wooden crate and needed a lot of assembly. It was not what I expected at all, and it definitely caused a lot of frustration on my end.
Undercount Fridge ?
I got this undercounter fridge and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare! First, the freezer door was busted and it took them forever to come and fix it. Then the fridge door started sagging and the technician they sent couldn't even do anything about it. Now I'm just sitting here waiting for another technician to come and hopefully get it sorted out. Their customer service is just awful, they really don't seem to care if your appliance is messed up. Seriously, do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else!
Dishwasher purchase
I bought a dishwasher from AJ Madison not too long ago, but I was pretty disappointed with how everything turned out. Ordering it was a pain because it took weeks for it to even get shipped. And then when I finally set up a delivery date, it got canceled and hasn't been rescheduled yet. Every time I ask about my order, the customer service folks give me different excuses and aren't much help at all. This kind of mess is just not okay in today's competitive market.
Washer and dryer purchase
I just bought a washer and dryer online. Everything went smoothly when I placed my order and I got a confirmation email right away. But, the delivery is taking way longer than I thought. They kept rescheduling it without explaining why. It's been over two weeks now and I still don't have my stuff. It's been a real hassle dealing with their delivery service, not happy about it at all.
Microwave purchase
My experience with that company was super frustrating. Trying to get my microwave installed was a complete nightmare. I had to deal with long waits on the phone, three times the installers didn’t even show up, and a bunch of issues that popped up during the installation. The first installer forgot his drill bits and ended up connecting my dishwasher the wrong way, which caused water to go everywhere. And to top it off, I found a bracket for tip-over protection just chilling on my counter. Oh, and when my son tried to leave a review on their site, it never got posted even though it was totally clean and just honest feedback about what we went through. Just a mess all around.
Appliance replacement
I recently replaced my old appliance with one from this company, and I just wanted to share what happened. So, I ordered the new appliance, made sure to measure everything multiple times to avoid any issues. But when it arrived, I realized it was off by 1 inch. Right away, I reached out to customer service to sort out a return or replacement. Unfortunately, they told me there would be a 30% charge for the return, which was over $700. I felt like this policy was pretty unfair and left me really unsatisfied with how it was all handled. I just want to warn others to be careful when ordering from this company because any mistakes can end up being really expensive.

I just bought a whole kitchen from AJ Madison, and I gotta say, it wasn't a good experience. They forgot to include the refrigerator and dishwasher panels in my order, which was a major letdown. I reached out to customer service to fix the problem, but I didn't hear back from them at all. It was super frustrating not getting any help and feeling like they didn't care about me as a customer. Even though the Fischer Paykel showroom recommended AJ Madison, my time with them has been anything but nice.

They found the perfect appliances that fit my budget and made sure they were ready to ship right away. The salesperson knew their stuff and gave top-notch service. I'll definitely be calling them again for any other appliance needs I have in the future.
Recently received five products
I recently got a delivery with five items, including a dishwasher and a stove. Sadly, the dishwasher was missing pieces and had a hole in the door, and the stove had a dent on the left side. Because I didn't open and check everything right away, the company wouldn't fix the problems. Remember, it's crucial to inspect your items as soon as they arrive to prevent any issues.
New microwave
I recently picked up a new microwave from this store and it's pretty awesome! I wasn't sure what to go for, but they were super helpful in finding the perfect one for me. It looks great in my kitchen and now I can make popcorn whenever I feel like it!
Misclassified stainless steel built-in refrigerator
I recently bought a stainless steel built-in refrigerator from AJ Madison, but it turned out to be panel ready and needed assembly. When I asked for help, they were no help and wouldn't fix it. I'm really upset with the customer service and thinking about taking legal action to help others avoid this. My whole experience with AJ Madison was really bad and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
Stove purchase
I ordered a stove online and it was so easy. The price was way better than other places! The delivery guys were friendly and even took away my old stove to set up the new one. The stove arrived in perfect condition and has some really cool features.
Kitchen appliance set
I got a complete set of kitchen appliances from AJ Madison - a fridge, stove, microwave, range hood, and some extras. Unfortunately, things went downhill fast. All the pieces showed up late and were beat up. It's been nine months now, and their customer service is still not getting back to me. They're not answering my emails or picking up the phone. The lack of communication and effort to fix things is really disappointing. They haven't even offered to send me new appliances, which seems like a pretty basic thing to do for a customer. Dealing with AJ Madison has been a huge headache, and I won't be going back. I'm working on disputing the charges with my credit card company now.

We're really happy with our purchase and with the help we got from John.
Miele washer dryer set without stacking drawer
I recently bought a Miele washer dryer set from this company, but I made the mistake of not getting the stacking drawer. I spent more than $4500 and was really expecting to get everything that was supposed to come with it. Unfortunately, they didn't include the stacking drawer, which costs an extra $249. When I tried to contact them about it, they ignored my emails and calls. Finally, when I did get through to someone, they said that the stacking drawer was backordered, but I felt like they just didn't want to fulfill my order correctly. I don't need a washer dryer set without the stacking drawer, so I'm going to dispute the payment and return the items. The way this company has treated me is terrible, their integrity and customer service are seriously lacking.
Bought refrigerator and freezer
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I recently bought a fridge and freezer from them, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. It took a whopping 2 months for my stuff to even show up, plus the delivery guys couldn't even speak English, messed up the installation, and didn't take my old appliances like they were supposed to. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they ripped open the packages right on my porch and left trash all over my yard. Don't make the same mistake I did - stay far away from this place.
Delayed delivery, disappointment
The delivery date this company gave me was way off, which was really frustrating. When I tried to cancel my order because of their false promises, they made it way too hard for me. I wish I had read reviews before ordering from them, so I'm telling everyone to steer clear and not make the same mistake I did.
French door refrigerator purchase
I bought a French door fridge from AJ Madison not too long ago, and gotta say, overall they were good to work with. But man, I'm dealing with a big problem now. Even though the warranty's up, water and ice keep building up under the crisper drawers, which seems to be a common issue with this model. There's even a class action lawsuit going on against the manufacturer, which is pretty worrying. Just a heads up to anyone thinking about getting this fridge - might wanna think twice before taking the plunge, could save you some trouble down the road.
