Lately, I've noticed that the clothes at this store are just okay, nothing really special in terms of style or quality, especially for men's clothing. But I do like that they have a good rewards program with their credit card. On the downside, the customer service here is pretty disappointing. The employees don't seem very interested or motivated, and they don't offer much help with a lot of enthusiasm. Overall, my recent shopping trips here haven't been as good as they used to be.

I got these shoes, and then they said I had to pay more for customs to get them shipped to the UK. So, I just found a better deal somewhere in the UK and got them there instead - cheaper and faster. I did feel a little guilty about canceling my order, but Enrica was really nice and handled it quickly.

Expensive expedited shipping
I recently bought something from this company and thought I'd try their expedited shipping. Turns out, it was a total waste of money. Even though I paid extra for faster shipping, my order took more than a week to get to me, way longer than the 4-5 days they promised. It's pretty obvious they're just taking people's extra cash for expedited shipping without actually following through. It's really disappointing to see a company being sneaky like that. If you're thinking about ordering from them, I suggest skipping the expedited shipping altogether.

Two watches, one casual and one dressy
I bought two watches from this store, one for everyday wear and one for fancier events. I really like the style of both watches. They're made of wood so they're super light, which I love. Being eco-friendly is important to me, so I was glad to find these. The watches are also really easy to set and have a nice quality to them. I think any of their designs would make awesome gifts, and I think the custom engraving option is cool, even though I didn't get it.

The kiwi spray and gift card situation with Briogeo is seriously impressive. Their products are absolutely incredible, especially that kiwi 3-in-1 spray - it's done wonders for my hair. The only thing that bother me a little is that the pieces are very loose, comparing to a normal puzzle. But I guess that it is normal for every wooden puzzle! ????

i purchase this doll for 629 dolllars. I did not get a tracking number. at this point i was scared. So the only way to reach them is email so i emailed them. I have not heard a word from them. This has been a week now. So pretty much there is no customer service. I am out of 629 dollars. BEWARE of this company. Bad thing is they have good reviews. But i caught on wht. I tryed to put bad review on their website. The review would not appear. So pretty much if you are not giving 5 or 4 star to them it dont show up. Maybe they made their own review. IM not the other person they did it too neither. Someone went through what i have on reddit. If you buy from here good luck
I agree. This is a sneaky company. I just posted a review for Louise and I tried to click on the NO I would not purchase again but this site won't let me do it. I'm trying to warn other people so I went on Youtube to do so. I think this is why they're giving me a hard time giving me my refund back.

The dog flea and tick medicine is priced great but it's almost been a month and still haven't received my order. I'll stick to USA based companies and pay a little more.

Have been with BestVetCare for 4 years....delivery takes about 2 weeks but always comes....received my last product damaged but they have reordered at no charge. They are always professional and eager to help.
BESTVETCARE.COM is the best of best. BUT the products come from Singapore Post Expes' then declared at US Customs then to the buyers address. Plan on about 2 weeks, there is no way
