Review about: Nordstrom Rack
grey sweater
I recently bought a grey sweater from Nordstrom Rack, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. I ordered this specific Vince cable braid dark grey sweater on 3/3/2022, but when the package arrived, it was totally different. I got a sweater in a different color and style, it had a strong perfume scent, and it was damaged. I was bummed out by the mix-up and returned it on 3/10, even had a USPS receipt as proof. But here we are on 3/30, and I still haven't gotten my refund for the wrong item. I've called customer service multiple times, asking what's up with my refund, but all I get is vague answers about it being on the way or not received yet. Honestly, I think the Nordstrom Rack crew dropped the ball big time on how they've handled this. The whole process of shopping, returning, and now waiting for a refund has been a major waste of my time because they haven't taken responsibility or been efficient. It's sad to see such incompetence leading to so many bad reviews of the store, and I won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.

Man, this Credit Builder Account is the worst. It's such a hassle to get your money back like they say. The customer service is a joke - probably the worst I've ever dealt with from a credit card. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this disaster.

Don't waste your money
I purchased two items from the website. The products came after 1 month and were not the correct size. I reached out to their support to ask for a refund. At first they told me that they can provide a 15% refund for the wrong size. I told them I wanted a full refund. After going back and forth a few times, they told me I can get a 50% refund and I can keep the items. I insisted on a full refund. They finally agreed to a full refund and sent me a shipping label that was not paid. They told me in order to receive a full refund I need to return the items and pay for the shipping back. I then went into my account to share my experience with other users, but the website does not allow me to write a review. That being said, all of their reviews have to be made up if a paying customer cannot leave a review on their website. They have a terrible rating on BBB and other websites online — most consider them a scam website, which they are. I wish I did some research into them before I made the purchase. Avoid them at all cost.

Great winter wears
Bought four winter wear from their one brand The North Face vest,jackets for myself,and kids as my better half not available these days and no possibility to join us in winter.
None of items are rejectable, quality confirming ,these are quite sufficient to protect even in zero degree temperature and cold air pressure.
There are thousands of sellers who are engage to sell winter wears today but despite spending big money ,many of them are not sufficient to protect real cold season.I have visited more then ten web sites in search of winter wear,but quality and prices didn't matched anywhere.

My wish fulfilled
This is really not a common service for all.Very selected people of big blows consider it this lounge at airports not for ordinary travelers.Just go to airport ,wait in waiting area take flight and go out without looking here there this is what about common traveler.
I am traveling since last 12 years for my own works but pocket never allowed to waste big money on such lounge facilities.Once I came to know this is like that.I too can avail lounge stay during traveling trips.This Lounge Pass make it possible for me few times.Costs are not that much as I was expected as these people have arrangements to sale these passes on small amount.So how I can forget Lounge Pass who fullfil my one dream to be a part of a airport lounge.Thanks a lotReview about: Wolven
