Birthday gift plant
The plant I got for my friend's birthday came looking real sad. The tips were all chopped off, the root ball was tiny compared to the pot, and leaves were droppin' like crazy. There might've even been some dead branches, for real. I was bummed out 'cause I paid extra for a "large" plant, only to get this sad little thing. My friend ended up with a sorry-looking plant for her birthday, which wasn't what I wanted for her at all.

As someone who has spent a lot of money on different sound packs, I was getting really annoyed with the lack of good stuff out there. But then I came across Splice after getting my MPC key 61, and it's been a game-changer for me. There are so many awesome samples and loops to choose from, and they're all top-notch quality. Plus, the website is super easy to use and navigate. I can easily find what I need for my music projects without any problems. I was really disappointed with my experience at Bag Printers. Ordering was a total pain - it took forever to figure out their website and locate what I wanted. And when my order finally came, the service was pretty subpar. The prices were way more expensive compared to other online stores, and the products didn't seem worth the cost. Plus, the delivery took forever. Overall, I wouldn't suggest Bag Printers to anyone shopping for office supplies.

Don't waste your money
I purchased two items from the website. The products came after 1 month and were not the correct size. I reached out to their support to ask for a refund. At first they told me that they can provide a 15% refund for the wrong size. I told them I wanted a full refund. After going back and forth a few times, they told me I can get a 50% refund and I can keep the items. I insisted on a full refund. They finally agreed to a full refund and sent me a shipping label that was not paid. They told me in order to receive a full refund I need to return the items and pay for the shipping back. I then went into my account to share my experience with other users, but the website does not allow me to write a review. That being said, all of their reviews have to be made up if a paying customer cannot leave a review on their website. They have a terrible rating on BBB and other websites online — most consider them a scam website, which they are. I wish I did some research into them before I made the purchase. Avoid them at all cost.
