I tried to cancel my trial on June 24 but it never happened. The cancel button vanished from my account page. Kind of annoying — other services handled it fine.
Paid ahead, then charged again
I started using it last August and first few weeks were fine, to be honest, easy setup. Then nowhere they charged me again even though I paid a year up front — surprised me and messes with bills. No clear contact or help link; delivery of billing info was sloppy.

I tried the workaround—choose low carb and manually exclude items—but that’s tedious and error-prone given how many foods Low FODMAP excludes. On the bright side, I ordered a starter box for the trial and delivery was on time, driver texted with an ETA, packaging was neat, and there was even a small recipe card tucked in the box (totally unexpected and actually helpful). Customer service was helpful enough when I reached out about the filter options; they noted the limitation and said it’s something the product team is looking at, which gives me hope. Price seems reasonable for what you get, though the value depends on if they add those combined diet options. I’ll keep using the trial and the delivery experience makes that easy, but until the Low FODMAP + plant-based filters are fixed I can’t fully recommend it for people with that combo of needs.
Overpriced meal planning app
I'm so frustrated with this meal planning app! It's such a mess. It glitches all the time and has so many errors that it's impossible to use for meal planning. And don't even get me started on customer service - they're no help at all, and they're so dismissive. Last time I had an issue with the ingredient list being wrong, and instead of fixing it, they said it was supposed to be like that. Like, seriously? Who makes an app that gives you the wrong ingredients? It's such a waste of time and money, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I really wish they had more dinner options, not just 3 to choose from. Some of the recipes are totally off too, with the wrong ingredients listed! And seriously, if you only need a small amount of something, they should suggest getting the smaller version instead of making you buy a big one and wasting money.
