Buying labels for shipping
My best friend and I purchased labels to ship some items, but unfortunately, our packages went missing. Xcover refused to provide any compensation and ignored all my emails, which was really frustrating. Shippo initially offered some assistance, but then they directed me to Xcover who also stopped responding. Dealing with both of them has been a nightmare, and now they're both ignoring my emails, which is just infuriating.
Unauthorized shipment
I had this crazy experience with my last order from this company. I found out that someone used my info to ship a package without asking me. The package came within the country, and I got a bill from UPS that was sent by the company for the costs of this surprise delivery. It's a huge breach of my privacy and security! It's really unsettling to think that someone could just use my name and address to send a package that I had no clue about. Luckily, UPS fixed the problem and scrapped the charges. But it's not okay that this happened at all.
Shipping label purchase
I purchased a shipping label, but my printer didn't print it out in the correct size. I requested a refund, but it's been 10 days and I haven't received any updates on it. It's frustrating!
Customer service experience
The customer service at this company was so bad, it felt like no one was even there to help. Every time I tried to get some support, a stupid recording would tell me no one was available and to just leave a message. It felt like there was just one poor soul trying to handle all the customer questions, leading to long waits and major headaches. And don't even get me started on the website - I had so many issues with the login prompt, it couldn't even send me the verification codes to my email. And on the rare occasion I did get a code, it had already expired by the time I got it. This customer service was seriously the worst, definitely not worth my time or energy.

Shippo is great for anyone who needs help with shipping! It's saved me a ton of time and money for my business. The only thing I wish is that they could connect with Facebook Marketplace, but besides that, it's been perfect!

The customer service at this shipping solution is really lacking. I've had a bunch of situations where I needed help with shipping or other problems, but never got an email back. Overcharged Shipping
I had a pretty annoying situation with my shipping service recently. I told them my package was 7lbs, but when FedEx weighed it again, it was actually just 6.9lbs. Even though it was less weight, I still got charged for 11lbs, which doesn't make sense. I tried to contact Shippo about it, but they didn't get back to me at all. I've been using the shipping label software for about a year and a half now, and I have to say, I'm pretty let down by the customer support. There have been a few times when I couldn't access my account because of security problems, and there was no heads up or any way to get in touch with someone for assistance. This led me to having to handwrite the recipient and sender addresses on my packages, which takes up a lot of time and isn't very efficient. Not having a phone number to call or a live chat option has made it super hard to get any problems sorted out.

I've been using the online shipping platform pretty much every day and I gotta say, it's free, super user-friendly, and just really awesome overall. But you know what I think would make it even better? If they added a customer address book feature. It would save so much time to have customer info saved for filling in labels, especially for folks who ship to the same customers over and over again. Making a CSV for multiple shipments every day is just a hassle and frankly, it's kind of a waste of time. I'd totally be down to pay a small monthly fee for this added convenience.

I bought a label based on the correct weight of my package, which was confirmed by my local USPS. But then, weeks later, Shippo charged me a lot more, saying my package was twice as heavy as I said. I ordered something from Shippo, but then I got the USPS tracking number and had no idea where it was coming from! It seriously took forever for the package to arrive, and I was totally confused the whole time. Seriously, Shippo, could you give me more information next time?
ID verification for label printing
I made some shipping labels and then out of nowhere they wanted me to send pictures of my ID and do face recognition. That ended up causing my payment methods to get blocked until I did what they asked. Their face recognition tech is messed up and so annoying to deal with. Now I can't pay my bill and they won't take credit cards unless my account is verified. Dealing with this company is a total nightmare, they could mess up your credit score. Like, why do they need all this personal info if they're not a bank or the government? It's super risky and I seriously regret ever signing up with these guys.
Constant email verification
I've been using this shipping service since 2018, but I'm getting tired of it. I have to verify my email every day now, which is really annoying. It used to be just once a week, but now it's every single day. I have to keep going into my email and enter a code just to use my account, and it's really frustrating.
