Review about: The Tour Guy
Small group tour with a knowledgeable and helpful guide
The guide was right on time, really knew her stuff, and made sure everyone felt taken care of. She did a great job of mixing in some jokes along with all the info, which made the tour interesting and fun. And when someone got hurt, she really went the extra mile to help them out so they could still enjoy the whole tour.

LED open sign
I order a LED open sign and it did not work in the daylight. I reached out to customer service which initially seemed like they were going to help me. They said I can ship it back to get a refund. I shipped it back and didn't hear back for almost a month. I had to try to follow up multiple times and finally got a response saying there was a scratch across the front of the acrylic panel, and there were scrapes/gouges/pock marks on the bottom inside of both panels so they can't refund me. I didnt even use the sign. Whatever they are describing is how I received the item. I wish I took photos of it right out of the box. I advise anyone buying from here to do so because they will turn around and say its damaged because of you. $145 later including the costs of shipping back and I have nothing. I ended up ordering a $40 sign from Amazon that works great in the day and night and wasnt cheaply made. I am VERY disappointed in way up gift and their customer service. They still won't make it right. What a horrible experience.

Small business shipping solution
The customer service at this shipping solution is really lacking. I've had a bunch of situations where I needed help with shipping or other problems, but never got an email back. It's frustrating to feel like you're all alone dealing with shipping or account issues. It would be nice to have a phone number to call for quicker help.

Whole wheat bread
I've been going to this bakery for years and I've always loved their whole wheat bread. Lately though, I've noticed it hasn't been as good. It used to be soft and tasty, but now it's dry and doesn't have much flavor. I thought this bakery was known for its high-quality products, so this was a letdown. Plus, their prices are a bit higher compared to other breads out there. Ordering was easy, but delivery took longer than I thought. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with how their whole wheat bread has been lately.

Pretty dress with a little problem
I picked up the cutest dress from this store, but it had a minor issue. When I reached out to customer service, I was connected with a really sweet lady named Lisa. She was incredibly helpful and ended up giving me a store credit, which was so awesome. Lisa was great at communicating and super friendly. Big thanks to her!

LV purchase
I was really happy with my recent buy from LV because it was just what I expected from the website. The person I chatted with when I was buying it was super nice and gave me a hand. But the Chanel bag I got was a letdown. It had way more dings than I read about in the reviews, and I couldn't send it back right away because I had surgery.

Order placed in early November
I bought something in early November and was told it'd be shipped within 2-3 days. But here we are, and my order still hasn't shown up. I've tried sending messages online, but I haven't gotten any replies. It's frustrating and disappointing not hearing back. When I shop, I expect to be kept in the loop. Since I haven't heard anything, I'm thinking about opening a dispute on PayPal to get this sorted out.

My experience with Fetch was great! The customer service rep, Joshua S, really went above and beyond to help me out. He took the time to explain how the wellness policy could benefit me, and even found some extra discounts for me. I felt like he really cared about my financial situation and made me feel valued as a customer. It was nice to have someone take my needs into consideration.

Cushions for Plattan Bluetooth headphones
I accidentally ordered the wrong cushions, and now I can't return them. The wait for a solution is taking forever, and I'm finding it frustrating. I feel like I wasted my money by ordering directly from the website. Also, I had some headaches trying to get a bad review removed from their site.

Couldn't even order!
I didn't actually end up ordering from this company but that's not because I didn't try! I had a question about the sizing. And since I read reviews about how difficult it was to return items (at your own expense even if they are wrong) , I wanted to make sure I had the correct sizing information before ordering. The issue is that the sizing charts are HUGELY different for The Cotton Hoodie Sweatshirt vs any of the others. A size Large being 48' wide vs 23" wide for all other sweatshirts. I wanted to confirm if this was accurate. There is no phone number to contact to speak with anyone. You need to open a ticket. It says they will respond within 24hrs and usually within 2-3 hours if it is during business hours. That was 2 days ago and silence! I started researching the company and looking at reviews. Many relate stories of poor customer service and not being able to get in touch with them if there is a problem. I believe this since I can't even seem to get a response to help me PLACE an order! I was undecided about even ordering as I do feel the prices are a bit high considering the shirts are not even embroidered but I was still willing to consider them because of the difficulty of finding anything with my city on it. However I think after reading the reviews and not even being able to get any customer service help to place an order, I would be wise to acknowledge the red flags and I will not be ordering. When a company shows you whether or not they care about your business, believe them. I decided to write this review because I appreciate the reviews I read ahead of time to prevent me from making a mistake.

Was in the process of placing an order, but something about their business practices felt off. I found their address on line and it's backwards: Main Street 3245
75034 Frisco United States, which made me question if they were actually in the states. I looked on "maps" for that address and saw a mall, but not their business. I called their number and heard only recorded voices. Left a message. A man called back. Asked if he could tell me what other businesses he was near and he could not. After a couple minutes trying to get some legitimate info from him, he finally just disconnected the call. BE AWARE!Review about: Chic Me

I made a $128.00 purchase. Everything was poor quality. Not as advertised! Their size chart is not accurate. I ask for a return label & a full refund. They offered me a 10% discount on my next order and refused a return label. How insulting! I cannot believe this company is in business!

Delivery to Europe was no problem and the package arrived in time accordning to the order confimation. The products are great and conforms well to the descriptions on the website. Amazing graphic print t-shirts
I ordered 2 graphic print t-shirts recently without knowing Soulmia, but I just loved the prints. Very nicely priced and low delivery costs to have it shipped all the way to Belgium. They arrived in perfect conditions about 12 days after I placed my order. The shirts have a high quality, which I never expected for such a low price. Will definitely order at Soulmia again!

I am Writing this on December 21, 2020 package has not been shipped out yet. My mom also made a purchase the same day after me, ( I told her there was a sale) her package just got shipped out. My package has not. Reached out to customer service they decide to educate me on the current pandemic which the whole world knows & is dealing with it, I’m pissed because they sent her package and not mine, when I ask them why they say her package didn’t get shipped out so they lie as well. Because I’m looking at the package as I write this. I can’t leave a 1 star rating for delivery because they won’t allow me to, I don’t want to give 2 stars, they are making me.make sure you purchased from the same company, as many impersonators are born during Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

Great quality product! Product got delivered within one week much quicker than expected. Even though that it is packaged pretty well, some crystal are damaged. Reached out to the support team, they get back the next business day and send the replacement right now.
Highly recommended.
