Neon Bar sign
This company is awesome the first sign was damaged in transport so I wrote to them in an email and within 2weeks my son in law received replacement sign all in tact we are all so happy that there are still good honest companies out there I will definitely order from them in the future!!!
LED open sign
I order a LED open sign and it did not work in the daylight. I reached out to customer service which initially seemed like they were going to help me. They said I can ship it back to get a refund. I shipped it back and didn't hear back for almost a month. I had to try to follow up multiple times and finally got a response saying there was a scratch across the front of the acrylic panel, and there were scrapes/gouges/pock marks on the bottom inside of both panels so they can't refund me. I didnt even use the sign. Whatever they are describing is how I received the item. I wish I took photos of it right out of the box. I advise anyone buying from here to do so because they will turn around and say its damaged because of you. $145 later including the costs of shipping back and I have nothing. I ended up ordering a $40 sign from Amazon that works great in the day and night and wasnt cheaply made. I am VERY disappointed in way up gift and their customer service. They still won't make it right. What a horrible experience.

Bought an LED neon sign as a gift for parents, it quit working after being turned on 5 times. I emailed company twice with my info, including my phone number to call me back. No response after 3 days, their site says they respond in hours. Will not be buying from them again!
Personalized Sign
First off, I looked for a company that was in a near by state so I know I would receive the personalized sign in time for Christmas. Way Up Gifts lists that they were founded in Pittsburgh, PA. If I knew the sign was coming from Hong Kong China I would have never ordered it knowing there would be a chance of not receiving it in time. I ordered the sign on November 24 and emailed Way Up Gifts to see if they could make some changes to the sign and if it would be here by Christmas. Way Up gifts Responded it would be here by Christmas. The Sign has just arrived in Chicago today (12/22/20) and will not be delivered until December 28th. The tracking they use is thee worst!! They lost my business! I do not recommend.
I also ordered a plush stuffed alligator and tracking never happened and finally arrived with two holes in it. I have bought better stuffed animals at Walmart and they have lasted years. I thought I was ordering from the US, but underneath the sticker it was sent from China to Jamaica NY, and then to me. All around this company gets an F.
Custom LED sign
I ordered a Christmas gift on 11/22/20 and today it is 12/21/20 and I have received no updates on my package! I have TRIED to contact them to get an update on my gift, but they fail to reply! I was able to get in contact with someone one time, but the timeline for the delivery keeps getting pushed back! If I ordered it on 11/22/20 I expect it to be here by Christmas! So if you won’t mind waiting anywhere between 3-6 months for your gift then order from here, but if not, please go somewhere else! No customer service, late delivery, it’s not worth it!
