Sofa set purchase
I recently bought a sofa set from this website and it's been a really bad experience dealing with their customer service and delivery. It's been 3 weeks and still no sign of my order. I've reached out several times but they've been ignoring me. Apparently a shipping label was made 13 days ago but Fedex was never told to pick it up. Their lack of communication and accountability has made this whole thing very frustrating. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
Barstools purchase
I bought four barstools from this company not too long ago, and to be honest, it was kind of a letdown. The barstools showed up with nails sticking out of the feet, which ended up scratching my brand new hardwood floors. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but all they offered was to ignore the problem. It was pretty frustrating and disappointing how they refused to take any responsibility for the damage their shoddy product caused.
Gold fireplace screen
I've been looking around at a bunch of different websites for a fireplace screen, and I finally came across the perfect one. The gold finish is really nice, not too shiny or cheap-looking, and it goes perfectly with my gold end tables. The website was easy to navigate, and the product description was spot on. I'm really happy with my purchase and I definitely plan on getting more decor from this company, and I'll be recommending it to my friends too.
Affiliate Commission Issue
We were an affiliate for GDF Studio on the Impact affiliate network, and man, our experience with them was pretty disappointing. We put in the work, got some successful referrals, but they straight up didn't pay us the commissions we earned. That was a real bummer. It's super important for companies to stick to their word, especially when it comes to money. Hopefully, GDF Studio can fix this situation and make sure they keep their promises to all their affiliates going forward.
Recent sofa and outdoor chairs purchase
I bought a sofa and two outdoor chairs from this company not too long ago. Even though I had some small problems with my order, the customer service folks were really nice, helpful, and quick to fix everything. The furniture is really good quality, and I'm super happy with what I got. I would definitely tell others to check out this company if they need furniture, and I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again.
Furniture order
I ordered some awesome furniture online to spruce up my room, but the customer service was terrible. They took ages to reply to my emails, and the phone line was a disaster - I was on hold forever and then got disconnected! And let me tell you, the delivery was a nightmare. It took forever for my order to even ship out! It was just the worst experience!
Outdoor furniture set
I bought some outdoor furniture from this company recently and honestly, my experience was pretty bad. I ordered it on a specific date and was told it was shipped out soon after. Sadly, I never got it. When I checked with FedEx, they said it was never shipped in the first place. The lack of communication and reliability really bugged me as a customer. Plus, every time I called, I got different info from the customer service reps, which just made things more confusing. Overall, my experience was a letdown and I won't be ordering from them again.
Faux fur bean bag
I was really disappointed with this faux fur bean bag. The cover was shedding a lot and the cushion inside was lumpy and didn't fluff up properly. When I contacted customer service to try and return it, they first said to donate it to charity, which was not what I wanted to hear. After lots of back and forth emails, they finally agreed to pick it up on 12/2, which meant I had to deal with the shedding mess in my house for over a month. I told them my wife was pregnant and due on 12/7, so I was worried about what would happen if I wasn't home for the pick-up. The whole situation was frustrating, and their return policy saying it's free and within 90 days was not accurate. It seemed like their customer service reps were avoiding giving real solutions. I was so fed up and was thinking about disputing the charge and just throwing the item away.
Fuzzy bean bag chair
I was so excited to finally receive my fuzzy bean bag chair, but when I opened the box, I was pretty disappointed. The material was scratchy and uncomfortable, not like I thought it would be. I tried leaving a 2-star review on the website, but it mysteriously disappeared the next day! It seems like they only want to show the positive reviews, which is not fair. And who sells a warranty for brand new items? That seems suspicious to me. I would suggest avoiding this place unless you're okay with dealing with sketchy stuff.
Patio furniture order
I bought my amazing patio furniture on Monday morning and it shipped out early Tuesday from California to Ohio, arriving in just 2 and a half days. My chairs came on Friday, but then FedEx was like, "Oops, where's the table?" It took them a few more days to locate it. Despite that hiccup, I'm really pleased with my purchase from this store! FedEx definitely needs to improve their game, though.
Propane fire pit
I bought a propane fire pit from your company, but it turned out to be a total disaster. The metal stand rusted way too fast, and after only 2.5 summers, the tank collapsed. Even though I always covered it when it wasn't being used, the whole thing was just not built to last. I'm really let down by the poor quality of this product and I regret spending money on it.
Broken chair set
I bought a chair set from this company, but it arrived broken. I wanted to keep it and fix it myself, but when I reached out to customer service, they only offered a tiny 5 percent discount. They still expected me to pay full price for the damaged chair. I was really let down by their response and it left me feeling annoyed and unsatisfied with their service.
Outdoor furniture set
I just bought a new outdoor furniture set from this company and I gotta say, I am super impressed with how well it's made and how nice it looks. It got here really quickly and was a breeze to put together. The materials they used are super solid and tough, so I know it'll hold up well outside. My patio looks amazing now, with a cool new set up that's perfect for hanging out and having people over.
Outdoor swing
I bought a swing for my backyard and it wasn't as strong as I expected. The wood started splitting and cracking after just 2 years! I contacted the company with some pictures and after a lot of going back and forth, they finally sent me a new swing. It was annoying, but at least they ended up fixing the issue.
I purchased 2 outdoor dining sets
The shipping was really fast, and both packages came on time. Putting everything together was super easy, it all fit just right. Only issue was a couple of chairs had some sharp spots that weren't taken care of during finishing. GDF Studio was cool about it and offered to send replacements for free, but I didn't feel like waiting. So, I asked for some touchup paint. Turns out they didn't have any, but they made up for it by giving me some money back. I was pretty happy with how much they reimbursed me. All in all, it was a really good experience.
Outdoor side table purchase
I just got my new outdoor side table and it looks great with my patio furniture! It arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged and nothing was broken or missing. I was really happy to see that GDF Studio had the best price, and they shipped it to me quickly for free. On top of that, I could use a 20% off coupon which made it even more awesome. GDF Studio is definitely my go-to for outdoor furniture now.
Cancelled order due to lack of customer service
I was really upset with how this company handled my customer service needs. I tried reaching out multiple times via email to cancel my order, even right after I placed it, but I never heard anything back. Because of this, my order showed up at my door and I ended up spending close to $200 on something I didn't even want. The lack of communication and follow-through from them left me feeling really annoyed and now I'm stuck with this item I don't need. I just want to warn anyone thinking about buying from them to really think it over and maybe check out a different online store with better reviews.
Desk Purchase
The shipping was super speedy, which was a nice surprise! Unfortunately, my desk had some damage and was missing some screws when it arrived. It was a bit annoying, but nothing too major. Despite those problems, I really love the products I got and I'm thinking about buying another desk to go with the two I already have. I'll reach out to the seller about the damages and missing screws, but all in all, I'm pretty happy with my experience.
Chaise lounge purchase
I just bought a chaise lounge from this company. The deal was too good to pass up. I found it online for over $100 less than anywhere else. I didn't mind waiting a little longer for the shipping because of the savings. I got a tracking number soon after ordering, but it actually took about a week for the item to be shipped. Even though there was a delay, I was happy to save money on such a big purchase. If you're having trouble contacting customer service, try reaching out to them on Facebook - they replied quickly to my messages.
Armchair
At first, the armchair seems nice and the price is decent. But when you look closer, you can see that it's not very well made and the finish isn't great. The fabric piping isn't straight, and when you stretch out, there's nowhere for your feet to comfortably rest. This is a big problem especially for taller people like me.
