Outdoor furniture set
I bought some outdoor furniture from this company recently and honestly, my experience was pretty bad. I ordered it on a specific date and was told it was shipped out soon after. Sadly, I never got it. When I checked with FedEx, they said it was never shipped in the first place. The lack of communication and reliability really bugged me as a customer. Plus, every time I called, I got different info from the customer service reps, which just made things more confusing. Overall, my experience was a letdown and I won't be ordering from them again.

Dissatisfying experience
I had a really bad experience with the company. I placed my order and only got one email confirming it. I never heard anything else about when it would arrive. I emailed them to ask, but they never got back to me. Not hearing back made me feel annoyed and unsure when my order would come. Because of that, I couldn't wear the shoes to the event I needed them for, which was a big problem. I thought a company like this would have better customer service and keep me updated.
