Quick delivery, small surprise
Got it last week and opened it right away; delivery was quick and customer support answered my question fast. Assembly took a while—lots of parts but labeled—so was fine. Color is more tan than gray in pics, but I like it.

Putting the last screw in, I noticed drawer glides smooth—assembly was straightforward, parts matched photos, they even included extra screws. I've had worse experiences elsewhere, but this was solid.
Solid after a quick tweak
I picked up this laptop/reading table because my lower back pain and tiny apartment meant I needed something mobile and adjustable. At first it felt wobbly, then after a quick tweak it's solid, rolls smoothly and actually feels reliable.
Finally fits the awkward window
It actually tucks under the window like I hoped, fits, fits—looks fine, wood feels decent. My son put it together; not flawless, a tiny wobble. Delivery was quick though, so overall okay.

Short screw hiccup
Bought the bench for my entryway to sit on while putting on shoes. Build quality is decent, fits daily use, holds up fine. Only snag was one screw was too short so I had to order a replacement, small hassle, took an afternoon to sort. Otherwise it's solid, I'm pleased.
Fast replacement, fair price
I opened the box and one of the table legs was bent, so I emailed them — they answered fast and arranged a replacement that arrived in a few days. Service was professional but I’d double-check items on delivery and snap photos, saved me time and be persistent.
Still waiting for that shelf
I never got the shelving unit and there's been no refund, which is pretty frustrating. I needed it because I was mid-move and had boxes everywhere, not great for my back. I updated my address at checkout but it shipped to the old place. I called customer service a few times and nothing changed, still waiting.
