Custom paintings order
I ordered two custom paintings back on November 29, 2021, and it's been over six weeks now with no sign of them. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare - they're not responding to my calls or emails. All I got was a generic email with a new shipping tracker when I asked about my order. Honestly, this whole thing has been a letdown and I'd advise others to think twice before buying from this company.

Quick and efficient purchase
The support team was awesome! They were super responsive and helpful the whole time, offering great prices and tons of flexibility. Being able to talk directly to the reps was a big plus, and they were so accommodating to all my requests, even as a smaller client. The self-help tools on the portal were also really helpful. I honestly can't think of anything else to ask for, maybe just a slightly better portal interface - but that's just me being picky.

Beat Shiny Bag in black
I'm really upset! I ordered this awesome black Beat Shiny Bag, but when it got here, the strap looked nothing like the one in the picture. I tried to contact customer service, but they took forever to get back to me. And even when they did, they couldn't make it right. It's just so annoying! Why bother ordering online if you can't rely on getting what you see?

Limited shoe selection
This website is such a letdown. I can't believe it, you know? How can a company not have a better selection of shoes on their OWN site? It's like they don't even want your business. I was hoping to find my go-to style, but no luck. All I found was a few random styles in one size. What's the use of having a site if you don't offer much to choose from? It's annoying and really makes me wonder if they care about their customers.

Using coupons can get a bit confusing, honestly I'd rather just get a straightforward discount. It definitely matters to me if I'm ordering in Canadian dollars or not. Waxelene: A Solid Product, but Nothing to Write Home About
I have been using Waxelene for a few months now and I must say, I am quite impressed with the product. It's a petroleum jelly alternative made from all natural ingredients and it works just as well, if not better, than traditional petroleum jelly.

Shelving unit
Unit arrived without all of the necessary screws and bolts to assemble it. The included assembly instructions were for a completely different set of shelves and not the ones I ordered or received. I've attempted twice now to reach out to the company for the additional missing hardware and have gotten no where. Returning this thru Amazon, and if Tribesigns balks giving me a refund I will file a claim with my credit card company.

Vegan cheese kit
Order placed on 4/18 for delivery on 4/28. Never received product and cannot get anyone to help. Only phone number on their order is for 1-800-flowers and no one has a phone for Goodsey. E-mailed company 3 times with no response. Worst customer service ever. Next step is to call my credit card company for a refund.

I am puzzled by the title of this review by Marguerite Hermiston. She describes the product in positive terms, likes the natural ingredients as opposed to petroleum jelly, appreciates the versatility and how it makes her skin feel, believes it to be a better choice for her skin and the environment and is happy with her purchase. She would recommend to anyone looking for a natural alternative to petroleum jelly. Yet the title for her review is "Waxelene: A Solid Product, but Nothing to Write Home About" It seems as if the last six words of her chosen title negate much of the positive of her review and leave the reader waiting for what she found lacking.
