Waxed canvas briefcase/messenger bag purchase
I recently bought a waxed canvas briefcase/messenger bag from this store and let me tell you, I am very impressed with the quality and authenticity of the product. It was exactly like they described it on the website and the ordering process was super easy. The website is really user-friendly, with a lot of info and detailed pictures that show the item accurately. After I bought it, I got an email confirmation with all my order details and tracking info. The original tracking number didn't work, but a quick email to customer support fixed the problem right away. The Customer Service Manager got back to me fast with a new tracking number and made sure my delivery was on time. Overall, my purchase experience was great and I wouldn't think twice about buying from this store again.
Woosir Leather Chain Wallet
I've just received my first order from the Woosir online store, and I love it. I bought the Woosir Leather Chain Wallet. I thought the bag would be tiny. But to my surprise, it's very roomy. I can keep my phone, lipstick, lip gloss, and wet wipes (the small ones) in it. This cellphone bag will be perfect for my night out with friends. Also, the bag comes in a gold chain handle, which makes it very chic. This bag is going to be one of my favorite accessories in the months to come. I've ordered the Zola bag and can't wait for it to get to me. Overall, Jules Kae's products are great, and their customer service is great. Recommend.
Camera bag purchase
I just got a camera bag from this company and man, it is even better than I expected. This bag is top-notch quality and looks super classy. It's just the right size for three big lenses, a camera, and a smaller one, with lots of extra pockets for more stuff. The material is really good and I can tell it's gonna last a while. Only downsides were that I didn't get any shipping updates until after the bag arrived, which was kinda annoying. Also, I was bummed that I didn't get to choose where they put the laser etching on the bag - it ended up on the shoulder strap and it's not very clear.
Backpack purchase
I bought a backpack from this store recently, and I gotta say, it's holding up really well and seems to be a good quality product. There's lots of compartments, even a special one for my laptop, which I really like. The only thing is, the drink holder pockets are a bit small for some bottles, so maybe making them a tad bit bigger would be awesome. Also, the color of the backpack looked more yellow in person than in the picture. But honestly, even with those little things, I'm happy with what I got because it fits all my stuff and was a good deal.
Leather bag
I bought this awesome leather bag from this store. They got back to me quickly when I had a question about shipping, and the item arrived really fast. There was a delay because of bad weather, but that's not their fault.

I just bought a cold weather bag and I have to say, I'm really impressed with it. The bag is really well-made and has held up great during all my outdoor adventures. It's spacious with lots of strong pockets and a reliable zipper. The size is just right for what I need. Even though the bag is supposed to be water-resistant, I'm playing it safe and spraying it with waterproofing just in case. Originally, I got it for my husband for hunting in the late season, but now I want one for myself too. We are both really happy with this purchase.

Leather sling bag purchase
I just got this leather sling bag from the company. The bag itself is pretty good quality, but the color turned out to be darker than what I was thinking. I tried to swap it for a lighter one that cost more, but no one from customer service ever got back to me after I sent a bunch of emails. That lack of communication left me feeling let down by the whole thing.
Backpack order delay/refund issue
I bought a backpack on 11/21/22 but never got it. I talked to customer service through emails, they said it was coming, then they said it was delivered, but it wasn't. I asked for a refund in December, they said no. Finally got my refund on 2/18/23 after waiting too long. Really disappointed with the whole thing, probably won't shop there again.
Personalized travel bag
When I got my personalized travel bag from your store, I was really disappointed with how it turned out. The initials I asked for were so hard to see because they were at the very bottom of the bag. And then, on my first time using the bag, one of the zippers broke when I was trying to close it. It turned out the zipper was made of really cheap material. I contacted customer service about these problems, but all they said was that I probably stuffed the bag too much, which I didn't think was a good excuse. Overall, I'm not happy with my purchase and I wouldn't recommend this product or any others from your store to anyone.
Handbag purchase
The seller didn't communicate much about shipping, but I did eventually get the handbag. It's alright quality wise, but I was bummed that it didn't have a top handle. Also, I ordered navy but got more of a grayish color instead. Just a heads up, these things come from overseas, so there might be delays or mix-ups with colors.

I really like this website and their products. I've bought three different backpacks and they're all great. The quality and variety are top-notch. If I need to buy a backpack as a gift, I'd definitely come back here.

I bought something from this website and I'm really frustrated with how they're handling my order. They said I'd get a tracking number in 2 days, but it's been weeks and no sign of it. The customer service chats aren't helpful at all, and it seems like they're not in charge of what's going on, probably because of their operations in China.

But when I got the laptop bag and it was too small, I tried to return it the right way. Instead of letting me return it for a refund like they said, they offered me a tote bag instead. I said no thanks, and then never heard anything from customer service about my return. The lack of communication and not sticking to their return policy has left me frustrated and not happy with my shopping experience.
